Holiday rentals with a pool in Nabeul Governorate

The villa is beautiful in a very secure subdivision. Hella is very kind, welcoming and proactive, communication has always been very fluid. We had a very good family stay. Only small downside: air conditioning is only present in two out of four bedrooms.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

We stayed at this villa just over a week ago (me, my wife and two young children) and we all had such a fantastic time! The property was in immaculate condition—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our hosts, Foued and his mother Wahida, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We experienced no issues whatsoever during our stay. Everything was smooth and stress-free. The villa is also very private and secluded, which makes it especially ideal for families and women who wear the hijab—it offered us complete peace of mind and comfort. This is the second time our friends have gathered to stay at Zeid’s place! It has everything you need and want! Zeid’s family go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable, even making a meal for you per request! (The ojja is amazing!) We barely left because there are so many recreational things to do. Very nice neighborhood. The place looked like the pictures. Little things to improve here and there. Cooking ware and coffee machine needs attention. Everything you need is close by. 100% responsive host. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely book here again. My family loved it as well. I recently stayed at Bochra’s apartment and it was an absolute delight. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect home away from home. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions, while still respecting my privacy. The hosts are super nice, very caring and attentive. Present if we have a problem. Accommodation matches the photos except the pool which was green and not usable… I think we came a little early in the season and it will be cleaned after but well we had booked this accommodation specifically for the pool… a little disappointed not to have gone there. Otherwise it's super well located and fortunately there are beautiful beaches within walking distance!
