Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases.

Our cottage is located in Périgord Noir. Close to tourist sites: Sarlat, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Beynac, its castles and caves. Bordering Lot: Gourdon, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Cougnac. Hiking trail from the accommodation. Restaurant in our village, grocery store, bakery 5 Km away, other shops 8 Km away. Bike path nearby. Possibility to add folding bed for baby, equipped kitchen, bathroom, garden furniture, swimming pool, Wi-Fi.
