The location and especially the large garden are beautiful. Ideal for children, but also for you to relax. In the shed there are all nice things to entertain you with and in the garden there are several playground equipment and a trampoline. Although it is a shared garden, you notice little of the other guests due to the surface. The apartment is beautifully spacious and nice and cool in the summer. The interior is well maintained and the rooms are equipped with every comfort. The grill hut in the garden is also a nice addition. Arie and Geertje are also very hospitable and do everything to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything clearly and are always there for you. We would definitely recommend it to others and have enjoyed it to the fullest.

For a few days with two children, if you don't mind being all together, perfect. Great arrangement about check-in and checkout.

The host lives the first floor. It doesn’t bother us at all. We have our own privacy. If we need assistance the host is nearby. The surrounding area is so quiet. If the weather is great, you can see the stars right from the window. The breakfast is a must. We have great time in Arie and Gertie‘s home. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and offers enough space. We also liked the option to buy coffee and breakfast for a small fee. The garage is also absolutely top! Overall, we were more than satisfied with everything!

Every detail was in place to make the stay comfortable. After a long time of restless nights elsewhere, I finally got one of the best sleeps here. The bed was cozy, the space quiet and peaceful. It’s clear the host really cares about her guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Everything is as described and photographed. A great neighborhood where you can both relax and spend time actively. The cottage had everything you needed and more. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Lucie is a very kind and communicative person who provides help and advice on tourist attractions in the area. A really great place to recommend!

This apartment was one of the best equipped ones we visited in Bohemia. We were delighted with the welcome wine and waters. The big advantage was that the second apartment was unoccupied, so we had complete privacy and the entire outdoor space to ourselves. Communication with David was very kind and seamless. Thank you.

Super nice place for a family of 4. There was also a sofa bed, for 2 more guests. Great balcony overlooking mountains. Clean and tidy. No noise and noise. Easy to get to the ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend the place and the place. We'd love to come again.

We had a wonderful stay, we had a great time. The place is clean, tidy, and has everything you need, and above all, it's warm, which is important on winter days. The only downside is the understatement on airbnb, because the sauna and hot tub are not exclusive, you just have to book the hours where it will be available, otherwise other guests may show up, and such a reservation is only free once for the entire stay (at least we had it for the weekend). We were here in May 2025 and we loved it. Beautiful and quiet accommodation with everything you need. The host communicated everything clearly and understandably and was always available. Also great: From here you can hike directly to the Schneekoppe.

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended
