Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. I have to highlight how tastefully and decently it is furnished. No problem even for discerning guests. Although the house next door may seem close, you don't have to worry at all, you have your privacy. A beautiful place, both the house and the garden . Thank you for the stay.

We were there for a hiking holiday in April. The location of the house is really great, right by the forest overlooking the rocks. The highlights of the region such as Adersbacher Felsen , Teplicer rock town, Bischofstein castle ruins are within walking distance, you practically don't need the car. Interesting for winter vacationers: location directly on the ski slope. In the village several good restaurants which were already open in the subaster season. Small grocery stores also on the spot. The house is cozy and roomy, beds are comfortable. Large beautiful fireplace, wood was sufficiently provided by the landlord. The host is very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips. It would be nice if there was a little more space in the kitchen and bathroom cabinets to accommodate your own utensils, they were quite crowded. Sanitary facilities were all functional, but could be renewed. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The cottage is clean, well-maintained, well-prepared in a nice and quiet area. Alena was helpful and very kind. The only downside is the incorrect address listed in the announcement, and the situation was quickly explained with the host.

It was a wonderful vacation. Just nature all around us. Forest, stream, meadow and pond with swimming facilities. A great secluded location to relax and feel the connection with nature again. Also a great explorer's paradise for our children. Cooking with gas stove, kitchen stove and campfire also worked great. Thank you very much

The house is perfect! Everything you need is available. Quality furnishings and appliances. Minimalistly furnished, but you immediately feel at home. Nice view of the apartment. A landscaped garden with barbecue and terrace. Jana is very kind and proactive in communicating. Also suitable for families with children. Highly recommend! Thank you for your stay!

I would highly recommend this place! :-) It's very cozy! I was very torn back and forth every evening, whether I go to the restaurant or prefer something self-cooked in front of the oven fire. The place is just out of town, less than 10 minutes walk. If you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be. It was very clean and tidy. The host ensures the utmost comfort. I'd book again.

An apartment located in a small town that is expanding especially into tourist infrastructure. Great location for skiing, Cerna Hora, Pec. In the area about 10 minutes by car, all kinds of shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is comfortable, equipped with everything you need, clean. Highly recommended.

We spent a week in Aneta and Jakub's apartment and had a wonderful time and also a good starting point for many great activities. We were there outside of holiday periods and high season and so it was totally quiet and idyllic. We lacked nothing in the apartment and when I had a question, I got a friendly answer very quickly. I can definitely recommend the apartment of the two!

Everything is as described and photographed. A great neighborhood where you can both relax and spend time actively. The cottage had everything you needed and more. The cleanliness of the property is impeccable. Lucie is a very kind and communicative person who provides help and advice on tourist attractions in the area. A really great place to recommend!

We had a really nice stay here and overall I’d recommend the place, especially for those looking to relax in a quiet and green area. Pros: - The location is lovely - The house is quite spacious and nicely updated inside. - It’s well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc more than enough for a group. - There’s a nice outdoor area with fire pit and a bench/table and a grassy lawn – a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy. - Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Things to keep in mind: - The coffee machine and some appliances are a bit older and not working perfectly. - Overall cleanliness was fine – the house was tidy – but a few small touches (like older blankets or fabrics) gave the impression of it not feeling completely “fresh.” Nothing major. The biggest downside: no bed linens, sheets, or towels are provided. This is mentioned in the listing, but it could be made more visible or emphasized – it’s something you usually expect when booking a stay, and it caught us off guard

The accommodation was very pleasant, with a beautiful garden, ideal for our two small children. Mrs. Veronika was very nice and when it was necessary to solve the problem with the lock at the gate, she reacted quickly and arranged a solution. I can only recommend :-)

The place was much more beautiful than the photos and fully equipped. On the first day, we had a problem running the hot tub, but the manager came right away and was happy to help. Great sauna with a pool, I just recommend starting to warm up as soon as you arrive. I definitely recommend it!

The stay was absolutely great. Everything looks exactly as it appears in the photos. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor playground. The accommodation is fully equipped, we positively evaluate the outdoor grill. Beds are comfortable, private. Looking forward to your next trip

This house is absolutely amazing. It looks actually better than it does in the description. Placed in the hills with a stunning view you find a very quiet, scenic place here. For hiking or even boarding/skiing absolutely perfect. Just imagin coming from a long hike, jumping into a nicely heated pool or having a bit of sauna. We absolutely loved to chill in the morning sun on the terrace. What we also liked is the euipment. Everything is just there. Even have a keyboard if you get bored. Just a beautiful spot.
