Beachfront holiday rental in Nacka Municipality

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Kari. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist super, wenn man einen ruhigen Ort abseits vom Trubel sucht und viel Zeit in der Natur verbringen möchte. In der Nähe gibt es ein Naturschutzgebiet, wo man spazieren gehen kann. Es gibt viele Seen in der Nähe und einen schönen kleinen Strand für Kinder. Man kann auch gut mit dem Bus nach Stockholm fahren. Der Supermarkt ist ein bisschen weit weg, aber das ist kein Problem, wenn man ein bisschen plant oder ein Auto hat. Kari war eine tolle Gastgeberin, alles war sehr gut durchdacht und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen und wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. :)

Der schönste Bereich des Hauses ist das Wohnzimmer mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser. Man hat einen weiten Blick auf Segelbote, Fähren aber auch auf zwei Adler, die vorbeiflogen. Traumhaft. Das Garten hat einen direkten Zugang zum Wasser. Man kann auch von der Terrasse den wunderbaren Blick genießen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schlicht aber vollkommend ausreichend. Wir hatten zu fünft ausreichend Platz. Die Entfernung nach Stockholm ist gut. Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Gustavsberg gefahren und von dort mit dem Bus nach Stockholm. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung. Die Kommunikation mit Stephanie war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Marlou und auf Älgö. Marlou hat uns herzlich empfangen, sie ist eine herzenswarme Person, war die ganze Zeit hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Die Hütte ist sehr süß und ruhig gelegen, man hat Privatsphäre und ist schnell am Meer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We spend a magical holiday at Ulrika and Peter’s home on Älgö. Ulrika and Peter are fantastic hosts and made the stay so easy and enjoyable, from welcoming me to their home, to seeing me off! What can I say about the house and the location? It really is a slice of paradise. You feel like you are totally in Nature, but you are only 30min away from central Stockholm and all it’s attractions. We had lovely walks around the island, and if you are into boating or kayaking, you can indulge right in front of the house. There is easy access to two shopping centres and a great dinner location at Holmen Kök and Bar a couple of bays over. I do recommend if you are coming from overseas that you hire a car. We could not have found a nicer, better equipped, tranquil, yet central holiday location for exploring Stockholm and its beautiful archipelago if we had tried. A wonderful place for our group of friends to reconnect and spend a special holiday together. Thank you, Ulrika and Peter!

Wir haben traumhafte Tage mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht lädt zum Verweilen ein. Eine herrliche Badestelle ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ein paar Autominuten entfernt liegt ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet ebenfalls mit Badestellen. Stockholm war gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Für uns war es ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft hatte alles, was man brauchte und ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Vielen lieben Dank an Cecilia und ihre Familie!

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber herzlich empfangen und haben uns in seinem Haus direkt wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sobald es das Wetter zuließ, saßen wir auf der schönen Terrasse mit Grill und zusätzlicher Loungeecke. Der Parkplatz reichte selbst für unseren großen Bus sehr gut aus. Über die Straße und über einen kurzen Pfad erreichte man schon den ersten Steg am Wasser. Wenige Meter weiter gab es eine weitere Badestelle mit Stegen und Steinen zum Liegen…herrliche Aussicht inklusive. In guter Erinnerung wird uns auch die Bootstour mit unserem Gastgeber auf einer der Schäreninseln bleiben. Nach Stockholm sind wir von Salzjöbaden aus mit dem Bus gefahren. Dieser fuhr tagsüber alle 20 Minuten und in ca. 30 Min. waren wir im Zentrum. Unsere Gastgeber standen uns immer mit Rat zur Verfügung. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir bei Euch zu Gast sein durften!

Nos étions 6 amis venant de différents pays pour l'anniversaire d'une copine qui habite à Lidingö. La maison de Janna était parfaite pour nous. La communication a été très fluide même avant la réservation, Janna est très réactive. The check in via code-lock was very convenient since we we're arriving in different flights at different times. The house is an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram station for exploring Lidingö island or joining central Stockholm. The house is even better than the pictures and the surronding woods and lake are worth a visit. Highly recommend Janna's house for a nice Swedish getaway

Nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très agréable à vivre, entièrement équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut (cuisine, salle de bain, etc. - à noter que le linge est en supplément). Elle se situe dans un quartier ravissant, dans l'archipelago en pleine nature, à 35mn du coeur de Stockholm en bateau ! C'est un environnement incroyable pour visiter Stockholm et sa région. La voiture est nécessaire pour les courses, les restaurants et rejoindre l'embarquement (5mn). Lotta nous a accueilli très agréablement (fleurs et fruits du jardin !), avec beaucoup de réactivité. Un excellent séjour que nous recommandons fortement si vous voulez conjuguer nature et culture !

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben es sehr sauber übernommen und die Endreinigung separat beauftragt, was bei den Göße des Hauses unbedingt zu empfehlen ist. Der Kontakt zu Fredrika war ausschließlich online, immer sehr nett. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, dafür passten die 5 Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit prima. Zumindest die beiden gößeren Betten waren für uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist Gewohnheitsache. Komplette Ausstattung des Hauses, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Draußen ein netter kleiner Pool und ein Gasgrill. Zum gut besuchten Strand im Ort sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten, ebenso zur Bushaltestelle. Von dort kommt man in 25 Minuten ins Zentrum von Stockholm. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

La maison d'Helena correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel, très agréable et calme. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir un lapin dans le jardin 😊. Le centre de Stockholm est accessible très rapidement, le tramway passe juste en bas de la rue. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, l'espace dans la maison et la décoration soignée, avec de belles pièces de design scandinave. Nous avons aussi passé de très bons moments dans le jardin : petit café du matin sur la terrasse, déjeuner au soleil et fin de journée dans le spa C'est une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve. Helena a toujours été réactive et attentive au confort de notre séjour.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of 4 (2 teens). Everything is as described in this large comfortable home. We didn’t have a car so the location is fantastic for an archipelago and city holiday. Highlights - the sun filled lounge area with the hot tub and the peaceful garden - less then 10 min walk to beach area with diving boards and an amazing bakery/cafe; hot food truck and sweet shop - One evening we used the ToGoodToGo app for the bakery and picked up an amazing surprise bag for less than €5 - 5 min walk to a huge mall area with multiple grocery shops and restaurants. - We walked into Gustavsberg along a beautiful forest walk which took about 40 mins - 20 mins by bus into Stockholm (433 or 434 bus). It’s easy to miss the stop on the way back so best to get off at the shopping centre or the bakery. - A very minor point if it’s important to you, no hairdryer so bring a travel one!

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Het prachtige huis van Johan en Laila voldoet aan alle wensen. Super ruim en mooi gelegen aan het water met hardloop trail. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad dankzij de hele goede zorgen van de hosts. Echt een aanrader!

We came right before the season began, so things were extra quiet! The host met us at the bus stop which was a short walk away and VERY easy to navigate. He was so helpful when we wanted to go explore other islands and if something wasn’t in the rental space he got it for us! Also, I wish the states took note of FLOATING SAUNAS!!! That was such a dream!

We had a great, relaxing week at Johan and Linn's. It's a lovely house, with a very pleasant garden, in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and very close to the lake which was perfect for a dip, and for going for a run along the lakeshore. The house was very clean and very well equipped, with a proper BBQ and good laundry machines. Great to have an EV charger for our plug-in hybrid hire car! It was a quick (15/20min) drive into central Stockholm which worked well. We probably would have used the metro if the station was a bit closer, rather than a bus ride away. But bottom line, it's a lovely house in a nice suburb. Johan and Linn were great hosts and very responsive. Thank you!

Vi var meget glade for at bo i Johans hus i Tyresö. Det er et meget smukt område og stranden ligger kun 5 min gang fra huset. Det er også nemt at komme til Stockholm hvis man parkerer bilen i Tyresö Centrum og derfra tager bus og metro. Huset er moderne. Dejligt med 2 badeværelser og skønt med flere terasser, så man både kan få morgensol og aftensol. Johan var hjælpsom og hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Umgebung, nette Besitzer, gute Kommunikation.

Beautiful location, lovely peaceful neighbourhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rebecca’s house. A very helpful, friendly host with great recommendations for local activities.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und eine wunderbare großzügige Terrasse teilweise sogar mit Blick auf Wasser. Stockholm Zentrum ist prima in ca 30min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

3泊の滞在でしたが、もっと長い滞在を選べば良かったと心から思う素晴らしい滞在でした。 Rahwaさんはとても親切で、いつも私たちの質問に対して迅速かつ細やかな返答をくれました。 ※彼女の提供するお部屋は素晴らしく充実しており、例えば洗濯機や用意してくれているタオル類も、これだけ手厚く設置されているものは本当に私たちが使っていいものですか？？と色々聞いてしまいましたが、いつも親切に教えてくれました お部屋はとても広く、また調度品も素晴らしいセンスで、窓から入る木漏れ日や外に見える美しい景色、数十歩で着くのどかな湖畔は「まるでその土地に住んでいるかのように、暮らしも体験しながら旅をする」ことを大事にする私たちにとって、見事に願いを叶える滞在となりました。 また、素晴らしい自然に囲まれた閑静でプライベートな場所ながら、バス停が近いため市街地へもアクセスしやすく、SLの3日券を買っていた私たちは毎日簡単に街へも出ることができました。途中の乗換で立ち寄るFarsta駅には大きなスーパーやショッピングセンターもあり、外食に疲れた際には自炊準備のための買い出しにも便利でした。 北欧の物価の高さに震えていましたが、Rahwaさんのおうちの滞在とFarstaのスーパーはとてもお値打ちに感じ、この点についても大変ありがたかったです！ 本当にありがとうございました！

Lars-Henrik och Annelis mysiga stuga i Kummelnäs var en perfekt getaway från stan! Vi kunde njuta av lugnet, naturen och vattnet vilket var precis vad vi önskade. Ett stort plus var de härliga lakanen och handdukarna - kändes som att vara på hotell! Genomgående med härliga detaljer som färska blommor och påskägg gjorde dessutom att vi kände oss extra omhändertagna. Dessutom var den snabba kommunikationen och att de alltid var så tillmötesgående något vi värderade högt. Prisvärt och rekommenderar varmt!

We loved to stay in that beautiful house in a phantastic surrounding and an unique neighbourhood. The place is perfect to combine sightseeing and culture of Stockholm with the experience and the atmosphere of the Stockholm archipelago. The house itself has a very personal style, is wonderfully decorated and has a marvelous view on the water from every window. Our stay had several highlights of which one was catching a pike on the pier next to the house and another to rent a boat cruising around the archipelago. We all and especially our three kids loved it there. Although we were only twenty minutes outside Stockholm we enjoyed the nature around experiencing the fox wandering through the garden, rabbits and deers "visiting" us. We would like to thank Adam and Emma for having us in their house!
