Holiday rentals with a patio in Nacka Municipality

So pleased. The accommodation was smaller than expected but also much better. Exemplary fast communication with very good information. A home in a quiet and pleasant area. We felt genuinely welcomed.

The communication with Andreas was very smooth and he always responded quickly. The accommodation, a great combination of old stone walls and a modern building, was beautiful and very clean. I would definitely come back for my next visit to Stockholm. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, I recommend taking the bus as the stop is very close to the accommodation. There is also the possibility to take the ferry line but the direct footpath involves a lot of stairs.

Great stay at Rob and Louise's. The house is very comfortable, close to public transport, shops, 15 minutes from the center of Stockholm.

We loved our stay at Fredrik’s place! The view across the water to Stockholm was stunning, and the train into the city was quick and easy. Fredrik was a gracious host and recommended 450 Gradi nearby—we grabbed takeout and a bottle of wine and enjoyed a perfect evening on the deck watching the boats go by. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in the house – everything was just as promised and even better! The house was fresh, well cleaned and incredibly charming, with nice social areas both inside and outside. The host was very nice and helpful, quick in communication and flexible with everything that could be solved. The location was also great and incredibly beautiful – quiet and nice but still close to what we needed. We really appreciated our time here and hope to return on another occasion. The space was homely and comfortable, with everything we needed and all mod cons (dishwasher, washer dryer, Xbox etc) which made our stay extra easy and comfortable. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Bjorn was super helpful and responsive, giving us recommendations for where to visit and the best ways to get there. We loved every minute of our stay, the surroundings are stunning, the swimming beach is beautiful, the islands are magical. We can't wait to come back again!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. I had a wonderful time in Rania and Paul's beautiful cottage. The view is really something else and the fireplace makes it very cosy. It feels remote but is also close to a bus stop that takes you to Stockholm quite easily.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Li’s place was one of the best Air bnb homes we’ve stayed in as it was so homely and had everything we needed to enjoy Stockholm. Bed was particularly luxurious, bath in one bathroom plus another bathroom with shower. Kitchen was excellent plus good sized dining table and nice sofa. We were to use a lift to get to the top floor apartment and Li’s home was in a beautiful location, near subway, buses , cafes , supermarkets etc. Li was a perfect super host.

Very sweet and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our message and any doubts. We lacked nothing in the apartment and enjoyed every morning and evening the beautiful view from the covered balcony or from the roof terrace. The apartment was beautifully cleaned all over when we arrived and contained all the listed amenities. Everything worked smoothly. A really nice and clear guide to the home was provided to us. Definitely a home that gets the best recommendation from here.

We enjoyed our stay at Anna’s apartment during our trip to Stockholm. The shower is nice and powerful and the apartment is peaceful.

Alejandro was always quick to respond to my questions and patient as I learned how to use various appliances. The location is convenient with easy access to two separate public transportation stations, delicious restaurants, two supermarkets, a beautiful nature preserve with trails and swimming from the dock in front of the building. The apartment is very comfortable with a lovely terrace and fully equipped kitchen. We were provided with early access which was helpful after an overnight flight to Stockholm. We would love to return some day!
