Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Naga City

The unit is nice, our stay was comfortable, and it’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. The Wi-Fi is also good my husband was able to work. Owner also provided plenty of complimentary snacks for us and also responds quickly to inquiries and concerns.

I had a great stay at this place with my family of 5. The space was still very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and all the basic amenities were provided. The host was very responsive and accommodating—they even installed a heater upon request, which was very much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants conveniently nearby. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We're definitely coming back.

The place is one of the very few nice listings in Naga. Well worth the money. The host is very responsive and I cannot highlight enough how important it is for this type of rentals. We had a minor incident and I was impressed on how the host and his sister managed the situation. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and this will be our go to place in the future. The best airbnb we stayed at in Naga. The house still feels and looks new, tidy, complete basic amenities, plus the neighborhood is quiet. We also appreciate the flexibility of the host to accommodate special requests.

They were very accomodating. Whenever we have questions, or requests, the host replies very fast. The place is very near establishments, such as restaurants, bars, and malls (Around 10 - 15 min drive, 20 max, depends on traffic.). Some establishment are walkable, if you like walking, we even saw some people jog in different time. All in all 5/5, will book again. Thank you for having us! 🙇🏻‍♂️

It was my brother who stayed but according to them, they were satisfied with the cleanliness of the place and it’s exactly how it was advertised in the listing. They just had a hard time finding an available parking space outside the building as it was fully occupied and weren’t able to use the Netflix on the TV because the caretaker wasn’t able to provide the login but overall, the stay was good. Will probably recommend this or check in here again next time. Thank you!

Joanna’s place is 5mins walk from the big shopping mall and the main bus terminal which is very convenient. It’s in the center of Naga City, yet as it is located in a small side street, it’s amazingly quiet. We did not meet her in person but there is a very trustful caretaker. We really appreciated the convenience and security of her place.

We had a great time staying in Maam Judie's place. Though we exceeded for 1 hour she didn't ask us anymore for additional payment. She offered us a lot of freebies. It feels like home in the place. Thank you.

My stay at this semi-furnished condo was very satisfying. The unit had all the basic furniture I needed, like a bed, sofa, and dining set, making it easy to settle in. The management was very attentive and quick to respond to my requests, which I really appreciated. The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free 7-night stay.

Had to check-in at the last minute and Venvic was able to accomodate us. The place was clean, tidy, and even had board games which was cool. Even for a unit that’s small and good for two, there’s a lot of storage space for our belongings. The price is worth it with good internet speed as well. We also had to extend our stay so close to our check out date, and we’re grateful that he accepted it promptly. Thanks for hosting us!

Aside from the hiccup from the lobby admin, overall it was nice to stay at Mae's place when visiting Naga. The place is near at SM City Naga. Mae is friendly and very responsive with my inquiries.

This booking was really a rush booking due to bad weather condition that’s why we needed a place to stay right away. The host was very responsive and she accommodated us right away. The only thing is that the picture in the app did not match the room that was given to us. Though according to the host basically the same lang sya with the one in the picture and they have to accommodate us early since we don’t have a place to stay. The plus factor with them is that when we arrived at the condo we were able to check in right away. We didn’t wait for the 3pm to be able to be accommodated and I was very grateful for that 🙏🏻 the thing that I want to suggest would be towels, other toiletries like tissue and soap. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The location is very good and the place is very cozy. We will surely be coming back again and will recommend the place to other travelers with kids ♥️

5 stars for its budget friendly place. I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom condo in Naga City from May 20 to 23, 2025. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a short stay. The location is excellent—very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops, and other key spots in the city. The condo itself is in a secure building with access to a pool and parking, which were definitely a plus. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making check-in and check-out smooth. For the rate, location, and amenities, this place is a great value. I’d definitely stay here again the next time we're in Naga.

Very nice unit, with everything thing you need including a washer/dryer and water heater in the shower. Good aircon, kitchen utilities and good wifi. 2 malls close by but you do have to take a detour to get to them but it isn't that long. The pool is very nice and free to use. Staff at the building are very friendly. owner is very easy to deal with.

Had a very comfortable stay at their place. Unit seems relatively new, very nice and clean. The host provided us with complete toiletries and verrry nice bath towels. Location is pretty convenient, with shops nearby and laundry service in the same building. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Had a minor issue upon check-in but we were responded to immediately. The only problem we had was a slight unpleasant smell from under the kitchen sink but overall a great wfh experience for us!

My family in Naga stayed in Mr. Samuel’s place during the Pepito typhoon. The place was nice and very safe. He’s so professional and communicative host. My family love his place. The place is also near “Centro” where you can do a lot of things. Good place. Good foods. 💯❤️
