Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

Stylish 2 rooms in Nagold, Kulturbahn 300 m away (Pforzheim-Horb-Tübingen), 800 m to all shops, bus stop nearby. The apartment has a new kitchen and is lovingly, fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, everything is waiting for nice guests. A double bed with 160 width and 2 new mattresses are available. A coffee capsule machine or Bialetti will prepare coffee for you. Nice crockery and glasses are waiting for contents.
