Beachfront holiday rental in Nagos

A home where you can go with your eyes closed. It was very clean and tidy. All the items we needed were available. Mr. Hakan is a wonderful host. He even brought us a holiday dessert :) Karaburun is a region we love very much. This place was extra beautiful. A rare opportunity for those seeking peace and tranquility. We didn't have a house to stay in Karaburun, but we say we do now.

First of all, the location of the place was very good. It was easy to find, close to the market. It also had a sea view and was close to the sea. The house was very clean, the host was very caring, very helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We liked it very much, it was a really nice experience, and we are even thinking about it for the next year.

The place was clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Great location, quiet and safe. Communication was easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was very nice, the interest and closeness of the hosts made us feel as if we were in our own home. The house facilities are also quite sufficient, especially the 3 bathrooms and the garden was very comfortable. The site has its own beach, but the showers and toilets were not open when we went, so we couldn't use it, but it was within walking distance of the house, and it was quite clean and enjoyable. A pleasant location where you can go as a family, very close to Alaçatı and Çeşme, we were very pleased :)

Fantastically located above the bay of Karfas, surrounded by nature, nestled in beautiful meadows. The house itself furnished with a sense of detail in traditional Greek style. Children's toys for the beach (easily accessible on foot) are also available. If you want to get away from it all, if you are looking for the original, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time!

It was such a delightful experience. Location of the place is great on such a peaceful bay with clear water and calm beach. The house is next to a good restaurant where you can find fresh and delicious food. And you can also arrive to Komi Beach in a couple minutes by driving. The best part of our stay was it felt like we had a private beach which is a good privilege. Virginia was so helpful whenever we needed something. The house has everything you can need. We hope to come back next year..

Stefanos took great care of us from the moment we arrived here, and my wife and daughter had problems at customs, Stefanos helped them, I would like to thank him very much for this, we had a very nice holiday thanks to him, the house was magnificent, the view, the interior of the house, everything was perfect, if we come to Chios again, our choice will be Stefanos' apartment, he is a very friendly, caring, warm person, we thank him again

Kostas was super communicative and friendly, and the place is a 2min walk to the best beach on Chios, an amazing taverna, and the supermarket. Plus fast reliable wifi, close to the public bus into town, and secluded off the main road, would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

Host is very responsive, she created us a map what to do for 2 days. All the places she recommended were very nice. House is cosy and very close to the beach. We will come back to the house.

Didn’t get to stay in the house we originally booked because of a maintenance issue on a holiday week, so she got us into a better house and worked out the details. That house had some tiny issues but nothing a little more preparation for our stay couldn’t have fixed. It was great and host was kind and worked with us.

Close to the beach, perfect for families with kids.

As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. iPhone normal maps take us to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

The villa was very nice with great views. The pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. We found the villa very clean upon arrival. There was everything you needed. We would book this place again anytime. Thanks for the great stay.

My wife, our 9-month-old child, and I stayed at this place during our vacation, and it fully met all our needs. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. Maria and her husband were very warm and lovely people indeed. They provided us with every convenience possible. The pool was a lot of fun, especially for our little baby, and we had a great time. We could only stay for 2 nights, but if we plan to travel again, our definite choice for accommodation will be here.

I definitely found you one of the best during my ten years at Air B&B, especially regarding the gift of half a day of free use of the apartment. The cleanliness was excellent, you always had a smile on your face, all the necessary equipment was ready. in short, thank you very much, we had a lot of good moments with you. For those staying in the winter, even if the natural gas worked in the house, it was very cold. There was no hot water. The photos of the house look like a full villa, but it was divided into 2 and rented in the description, we didn't see it, keep in mind. The furniture and items were high quality, the linens were clean, the interest was nice, and the interest was nice. We were able to have fun and the sound didn't come out when the window was closed. Cesme was far from the center. The floors were very cold and there were no slippers.

This is the place to be. Perfect location on the water. Beautiful views. Cindy is the best! Always communicating and offering suggestions. You cannot beat this place. Peaceful and serene. Perfect central location to explore anywhere on the island. It is a short inexpensive taxi ride to Chora (Chios town) if you do not have a rental vehicle and want to experience that. There are a handful of great restaurants within walking distance there in Karfas. Excellent place and excellent people who have this Airbnb. I cannot wait to return again as there will be no other option for us than to stay here again. Their hospitality is unbeatable. Thank you Cindy!!!

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

Excellent communicator, great place, and felt comfortable.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

First of all, we would like to thank dear Michalis and her husband for their kindness and friendship. If you want a quiet house by the sea, we can say this house is the house you are looking for. The hosts were in contact with us from our entrance to our exit, we did not have any problems, they provided very nice treats in the house. The house was immaculately clean and convenient. The beach was 100 meters walking distance, and since there was no facility, the beach was private for us. There were beautiful beaches, which were facilities 5-10 minutes away by😊 car and were also very calm. We had a pleasant holiday, thank you for everything

Maria is a wonderful host. The house was spotless. All kinds of needs were considered. You can swim in the sea just across the house. The restaurant right next door was both very convenient and had great food. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you also for the flexibility to change the date. Traveled as a family and we liked the house, in particular the nice garden and various outside seatings. We spent time on the beach, in the garden and drove to Ephesus / Selçuk. Mrs Talia Sirma was so nice, proactive, and friendly - a perfect host. 👍
