The villa is excellent, it looks better in reality than on photos! We were nine people (2 families and a grandparent), and accommodation was just suitable for us. The view on Balaton Lake was stunning. Swimming pool was nice and clean, its depth makes it suitable for 10-year-old children. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with weather, so we did not enjoy it fully. Balcony was the place where we spent most of our time. I would only recommend some electronic mosquito repellent or similar ones for the evening stays. Janitor was a very helpful person.

Wonderful setting in the countryside, quiet and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Really enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Jan and his family in Hungary! The vacation home is extremely clean and well equipped – it really lacks nothing. The garden is large, well maintained and invites you to linger. The pool is particularly noteworthy: very clean and perfect for cooling off. Jan and Anna are great hosts who take care of everything warmly and attentively. We felt completely comfortable and were able to relax wonderfully. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Our extended stay at this home was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with perfect walking distance to the restaurant, train station, or Lake. The house is comfortable and accommodating, and then hosts were extremely kind.

We felt very comfortable right away. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is suitable for hiking in the Kesthely mountains. The beach resorts on Lake Balaton can be reached in minutes by car. Two good restaurants are within walking distance and also a supermarket is nearby (about 10 minutes walk). The terrace with the well-kept pool invites you to relax.

We had a great stay! Everything matched the description and photos perfectly, and all the amenities were exactly as expected. Excellent location and easily walkable to the town, castle and lake. Fantastic garden with shade and sun. Large rooms with aircon in kitchen area. It was able to keep the bedrooms cool when the doors were open. Peter was helpful with restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

We arrived with a larger team at the accommodation. We could comfortably accommodate all 8 of us, spacious spaces, and several large bathrooms. A covered patio in the front and a smaller garden in the back, which also adds a lot to the value of the vacation home. Overall, I can tell you that it's well worth staying here!

village setting, street/block of houses with spacious, sometimes generous gardens. Inside - wooden or ceramic floors, spacy rooms, everything solid. Front room near terrace with large wooden table full of light from 3 sides. While temperatures were over 30 C outside, inside was fine, comfortable. Everything nice and good enough for us, group of 7 people. Over the 4 nights, we felt comfortable and have no single complaint.

The house is much larger than expected and very spacious, quiet and well equipped. There are enough rooms to accommodate several families comfortably, perfect for a big reunion or a trip with many friends. Highly recommended!

The owner, Peter, was very kind, and needless to say, the condition of the house was very good. It was a 5-minute walk to the lake, so it was nice to swim, and there were good restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation, nice furniture and sophisticated furnishings! The host is extremely kind, very communicative and friendly. We spent 3 wonderful days here with my friends. In the village, it is worth checking in everywhere in advance, because the hosts are not always at home. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! 🥰

We were on a trip and spent one night here. The kids had a place to run to relax after sitting in the car for hours. Parents were able to relax in the full silence of this rural atmosphere with local wine, which can be purchased at the front desk.

Very nice place, cozy and clean. We want to come back for sure.
