La prédominance du bois et les grandes surfaces vitrées effacent les frontières entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. L’abri est alimenté électriquement par des panneaux solaires et l’eau provient d’une source traversant le terrain.

With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Located near the confluence of the Creuse, bordering the river (swimming and fishing) and not far from the ruins of Crozant. Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.
