Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

Wonderful place to stay with family

The home was great! Its location was walkable to the station and in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was easy and the place was clean when we arrived.

The place was wonderful, and description was perfect. It was walking distance to food, massage, and close to train station. I highly recommend if you are visiting Kyoto.

It’s a traditional and cosy place right in the centre of old Kyoto

It is a gorgeous place located really close to Inari shrine and plenty of Izakayas. We had a lot of fun staying here as a group of friends.

This lovely home was a delight to stay in. Lovely authentic touches, a great bathtub, good kitchen and serene and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood is great for biking, there is a nearby shopping street and plenty of conveniences. Emily and team were responsive, helpful and friendly. Were I to come back to Kyoto, I would absolutely stay again!

Great host and beautiful place!

We absolutely loved it. The traditional style, how peaceful and the location were absolutely perfect. To stay in a traditional ryokan was great. Always responsive and ready to help with anything. It was so peaceful and quiet and yet right within minutes of everything and a train stop. I cant say enough. Thank You we look forward to next time.

Beautiful home that blends modern and traditional Japanese architecture. Every light is a dimmable LED on the main floor, and we appreciated the glass-walled garden at the center. Upstairs we only used the main room room, but everything is tatami mats and shoji screens so it's very peaceful.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. The house was very cozy, spacious and very atmospheric. The area is very nice, the metro is very quickly accessible, good location. Everything you need could be found, we highly recommend this option!

This was by far one of my favorite stays in Japan. I would definitely want to stay again. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, making this trip to Kyoto seamless. They offered free luggage transportation which was so helpful for getting around. The place was absolutely beautiful. It was spacious and so modern. I would live here! Thank you to the team that was so patient with me and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and sweet I felt so safe. This was my first trip to Kyoto and because of them I felt so welcomed. I wanted to stay in this rental for extra nights but it was booked up, rightfully so. The team helped me find another rental nearby and again, overly helped by transporting my 9 suitcases for free! They even left me a really sweet birthday note with a gift! Wow! Extremely worth the price!

Such a wonderful and traditional style home! Very modern and clean amenities. Nice & private. Close to supermarkets and some shops. Excellent communication from the hosts. It’s around a 30 minute walk into the CBD. Awesome shops in the city. Highly recommend. :)

Kyoya’s home was just stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it made our visit so memorable. We felt like we were able to embrace the culture and experience traditional (yet modern) Japanese living. The house was spotless and so comfortable. From the beds to bathrooms, everything was top notch. Location- our favorite! We were able to walk to so much, including a delicious coffee shop a minute from the house. We did not want to leave!

We felt right at home. Very grateful for our hosts who made sure our stay was set with everything we needed. I fell in love with the home, the charm and size fit my family of 6 comfortably. Walking distance to 7-11 and the pharmacy made it a convenient location. Everything in the house was kept so clean and organized. We appreciate your hospitality. Looking forward to staying again when we come back to Kyoto.

Our stay in Kyoto was absolutely incredible, and a big part of that was thanks to Saki and her beautiful home. The house is spectacular—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to public transport and great local spots. Saki was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and thoughtful. She provided clear instructions, local recommendations, and even small touches in the house that made us feel genuinely welcomed. Waking up in such a peaceful space and returning to it after long days of exploring Kyoto was truly a gift. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.
