Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nakano City

Zuzu& Gizmo's is a beautiful property close to train stations, food, shrines, and more. The home is welcoming and comfortable. It is 4 stops to Shinjuku from the house, so all of Tokyo is at your hands as far as transportation goes. The owner is prompt with responses and so kind. While the property was made for cats, it's still wonderful if you don't. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

Fang’s place was fantastic. Location was so convenient to Shinjuku and its local station is on the line to Harry Potter studios. Fang told us to see the Sakura by the canal and they were fantastic. The apartment had everything needed and very clean and large. We would love to stay again next time in Tokyo!

Maikoさんのお部屋は、こどもの発表会が京王線沿いであり、夜遅くまでかかってしまうために1泊で、習い事の友人家族と一緒に利用させて頂きました😊 笹塚に泊まるのは初めてでしたが、駅前にはたくさんの飲食店や衣料品、雑貨屋さんなどがあり、とても便利な街だと思いました。 最近のおしゃれなお店もあれば、昔ながらの雰囲気を感じさせるお店もあり、住みやすそうな印象を受けました。 お家の近くは静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の住宅街で、この街で暮らしているかのような滞在が叶いました。 普段と異なる環境で過ごすとこどもが興奮してしまいますが、お家がシンプルでとてもきれいでしたので、発表会前に落ち着いて過ごせたのはよかったと思いました！ 歯ブラシや化粧品は持参する必要がありましたが、シャンプーやタオルなど必要なものが揃っていたので、最小限の荷物で宿泊できました。 足りないものも、家の近くにコンビニとスーパーがあったのも助かりました✨ ありがとうございます😊

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. 宿泊前に宿への行き方と鍵の開け方を動画で送ってくださったので迷わず辿り着くことができました。 宿に入った瞬間からとても素敵な空間が広がっていて感動！COMORIの名前の通り、とても静かで1人で籠るのにピッタリな場所だと思います。今回は1泊しかできなかったので、ぜひ次は連泊して宿でゆっくり籠る時間と周囲の散策をたのしみたいです！

Great location close to the station! The owner is super helpful and having great hospitality, feel so welcomed! Also feel so warm that the owner would remind us about the weather everyday! The living environment is also great that I could have good sleep every night Will recommend it to all of you, and I shall stay here again if I head to Tokyo again!

Loved the stay. location is perfect to get around to any of the major spots in Tokyo. satoshi is always prompt on chat and helped me throughout in checkin and checkout. Tip for tall folks: watch your head in the house. i ended up banging my head quite a few times between rooms 🤣

We had a fantastic stay at Hokuto’s Cocoa Bijou Suites in Tokyo! The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained — it was clear the host takes great care in keeping it clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, close to public transportation and convenience stores, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Our host was incredibly gracious and responsive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, communication was smooth and prompt, We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo!

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

히가시 나카노에서 걸어서 15분??쯤 걸렸던 것 같아요!! 역이랑 거리는 좀 있지만, 신주쿠랑 가까워서 좋아요 방도 넓고 집 전체라서 캐리어 필 공간이 넉넉해서 너무 좋았습니다. 책상과 의자 두개가 있어서 간식 먹기 좋습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고 화장실, 욕실 나눠져있어 강추드립니다^^

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment had everything we need plus more. Very walkable to the subway and bus to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Our 9 year old felt right at home and the quiet neighbourhood was a great peek in to Japanese life. Cannot recommend enough

The apartment is beautifully and practically furnished. The open floor plan is ideal for families, as everyone feels like they're all in one room. The beds are comfortable. The location is quite good, as it's only two stops to Shinjuku on the express train. Everything was great. We'll be back next time we're in Japan.

The location of the place is awesome - very near the Nakano train station, convenience stores, Broadway and restaurants. Instructions for checking in is clear. Room is clean. Washer and drier available!

위치 너무 만족하구요 ! (나카노브로드웨이)랑 너무 가깝고 동네 자체가 저녁에는 굉장히 조용해요.지하철 타기에도 딱이고 주변에 먹을것들과 쇼핑할 곳들도 너무 많아요. 1층에 냄새가 난다고 해서 미리 방향제를 챙겨가서 괜찮았고 1층에 문 일시적으로 잠그는것도 있어서 불안함 전혀 없었음 ! 그리고 주인장님이 연락이 너어어무 잘되서 너어어어무 대 만 족

Goede kamer met een fijne douche. Alles wat je nodig hebt om Tokyo (Shinjuku) te ontdekken. De host is ook een aardige man en communiceert fijn.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist ganz in der Nähe von Nakano Broadway aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Das tat gut nach einem langen Tag im lauten Tokio. Die Wohnung ist eher sauber und es gab mehr Platz als erwartet. Es ist etwas eng in der Küche mit dem Bett neben dem Kühlschrank aber für ein paar Tage ist es kein Problem. Ich würde hier wieder wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit Hong war sehr gut, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet. Vielen Dank!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Lovely little appartment in a calm neighboorhood. Kami-kitazawa station is at 2 minutes walk from the airbnb and it’s pretty easy to travel to more central areas from there (shibuya and shinjuku for example). Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets which spared us a lot of time when trying to find something. Only detail is the train that passes by is kind of loud but we slept well nonetheless. Would come back to this place.

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
