This is a 2DK apartment (living room 6 tatami x 2 rooms + DK 5 tatami) located in Kawaramachi, Maebashi City. You can use the entire room, and one parking space is also available on the premises. Within walking distance, you can find the city's prized Shikishima Park Rose Garden and stylish cafes where young people gather, allowing you to comfortably enjoy the countryside and the city. The land is flat and getting around by car is convenient. If you don't have a car, I recommend renting a car at Maebashi Station. space A one room apartment, so it is completely private. It is a Japanese house surrounded by lush greenery. The space available for rent is 120 ㎡ (about 70 tatami mats). 7 minutes by car from the Kan-etsu Expressway, Hanazono Interchange. Free parking for 4 cars is available. It is a 9-minute walk from Hachioji Station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Since it is a private rental, we can only allow 1-2 people to stay for up to 7 consecutive nights. Long-term stays are possible for 3 or more people. Please use it for sightseeing such as Nagatoro, Chichibu, and Ikuno, or for work. You will have the entire first floor of a rural house to yourselves.

We renovated a riverside villa in the forest of Karuizawa. The grounds of this great location are about 2,500 ㎡! Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.

Built in the late Edo period, when the Shogunate was reigning, this house was used as a silk mill in the 19th century. Surrounded by lush nature, the house nests in a region with deep forests and hot springs. One of the nearby hot springs is Kusatsu which is one of the most famous in Japan, where the Shogun came to rest, and became a model for the ghibli film “Spirited Away”.
