Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Host was super friendly and responsive to all my questions and any concerns I had. The condo was kept in perfect condition and matched the photos perfectly. Many street vendors nearby and a big mall only 15 minute walk away. Just be careful of the stray dogs nearby

My friend and I had a pleasant stay. The room is spacious and comes with required facillities. We also had to do some work away from offices- the provided internet is of good speed, and so we had no problem at all working from there

This is a great little apartment near Khao Yai National Park. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was even provided which we weren't expecting! It appears by the door each morning, so if you have any dietary requirements make sure you tell the host in advance. Unfortunately we didn't so couldn't eat the breakfast on the first morning, but we messaged the host that day and then the next day we had a veggie breakfast delivered! The wifi was temperamental and didn't always work. We also found the mattress far too firm for our likely, but still managed to have a good night sleep. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Khao Yai National Park. It is in quite a remote area, so you do need to either have a car or make sure you have pre-booked taxis. There aren't any grab drivers around here. Although Roma restaurant is only a few minutes walk away, and the village is about 25 mins on foot. Overall, a great stay!

A recently renovated apartment in a great location! A corner apartment overlooking the swimming pool. The host was very responsive and gave several useful tips for the location.

the listing is beautiful,exactly like the photos. Location is great, peaceful, and near to Hokaido Flower Park and convenient store (3 minutes driving). i booked the list 3 days before and the price is reasonable. i went to Khao Yai to play golf, and there are several choices of golf course, the nearest is Khao Yai Country Club. i think it will be easy to get there by private car.

Lovely pool with lush greenery. You must take that walk/drive to The Peri Hotel just beside for B299 buffet breakfast. Not to be missed.

This is a lovely apartment, four of us stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. It is well situated but you do need a car to explore the area, which is quite large so this really goes for wherever you stay. There's some beautiful places to visit, I'd recommend the national park for great views.

The room is clean and safe. Very convenient. The host is easy to contact and friendly.

This apartment and it's toilets are very clean and well kept. Ammenities such as body wash and shampoo, bedroom slippers, soap bars are provided. Very glad to have found this apartment for my family of 6.

If you want a place to stay that is close to nature, we recommend that you book the accommodation of K. Ratana because it is spacious, close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants, and convenient to travel. There is no internet service in the room, and you cannot use a TV. However, it is still a place to stay that is suitable for relaxing and admiring nature. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Nelly's place for 3 great nights & enjoyed every minute of it. The room is super spacious and you have everything you might need even for longer stays. The view we had from our balcony was simply amazing and there's also a lovely outside pool for use. The immediate surrounding area was really peaceful, the property is well guarded and there's a restaurant on the premises so you don't have to worry about finding food - not that that's an issue either as there's lots of restaurants and cafes nearby too. We had a small issue with ants but it was nothing that we couldn't get under control with the host's help. Nelly herself was a great host, super responsive, answered our every question with kindness & even gave us a list of restaurant recommendations upon arrival. We'd gladly stay here again and again!

The hosts are accommodating and hospitable. They can provide anything they need. Place to stay: Suitable for people who love nature, quiet, safe, and safe. The owner lives around the resort. Convenience items There are security cameras. There is a water heater (it works well). Air conditioned (cold air conditioner) There is a fan (this one is good). Fridge Kettle Food There is a pork pan. A la carte is available (if it's not too poor, there are ingredients). Ice, drinks are available throughout. It's easy to get around. It's only about 100 meters in front of the property that is dirt. *** Not suitable for people with fur allergies. Because it is a pet friendly resort. (Private, people in the family are allergic to fur.)

Great host. Available and very pleasant in conversations. The place is better than I thought. Spacious, bright, well decorated and very clean. All the rooms were pristine. There were 4 of us, I think there's room for 6 people. Great for groups. Soap, champoo, and snack available were extra attention thank you I recommend and will come back if I am in the area even alone.
