Such a great location for walking, and everything worked great in the house.

wonderful and friendly hosts with clear instructions on how to access the property, generous with their time and emotional energy. they sent extra photos showing how to park which was invaluable! they left a little gift basket of cookies to nibble on which my wife loved. they also recommended a yomitan cafe and it was fantastic. mimi would occasionally check in that we were having a good time and we always were! reminded me of staying with a nice aunt :) you cannot beat the location, as you walk down stairs and onto the sand of the beach. it feels more wild, quiet and lived in than a hyper-western and expensive resort, which was exactly what we wanted--a local beachy experience. go swimming at high tide within the reef and you will see lots of grazing parrotfish and butterflyfish--please be respectful to the local wildlife, the coral, and hakas! eddie and mimi have a bin of gear you are free to use, although i brought my own prescription goggles which let me see the fish even better.

My family loved our time here! Loved the seawall walks in the morning, close to everything we wanted to do. Sharon was extremely nice and checked every few days to ensure everything was ok. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway vacation house. 10 minutes away from grocery store. 15 minutes away from Kauri island. We were 9 total with pets which they had everything needed for dogs during the stay, even the little dog park they had was outstanding. They had complete amenities and also a water dispenser. Would recommend this place.

The response was very kind, flexible, quick, and very helpful.The accommodation and facilities were also beautiful and clean, and it was the best facility without complaint.

We used it for 3 nights and 4 days with 6 adults and 3 children.I was able to spend time in a completely private space without hesitation. It is a very quiet place, and it is great to enjoy BBQ while looking at the sea from the wooden deck. The room is also organized and very clean.All the utensils and other items you need to cook are provided, so you won't have any problems. One thing to mention is that small insects (Yasude) appeared, but it was a temporary issue.It is harmless to humans, so we were fine, but if you don't like insects, please be careful.(It's a tropical country, so I think insects are a given) The location is in the center of the main island, so it is convenient to move to the north and south in about an hour. We had the best trip and the best accommodation!

The room is tidy and clean, and there is a kitchen for the guests to cook their own meals.

The location was as scenic as the photos. The room was clean and well-equipped, and there were no inconveniences. Personally, I was grateful that tissues were provided. There were two bathrooms and two toilets, so we had a comfortable stay without being crowded at night or in the morning. I was grateful that there was not only a washing machine but also a dryer. There were amenities, and I had a very luxurious time. Thank you very much.

The location of the house is very easy to look for, drive caution at night because there are fewer street lights. The house was very clean, comfortable and at a very reasonable price. However, since there is no living room on the 1F level, it is not suitable for elderly people with bad feet. Overall a full score👍

Beautiful property if you want to stay near Cape Maeda and prioritise snorkelling, scuba diving, beaches, and/or hiking. It was definitely far from a lot of restaurants and bars, and we had planned on using my IDP to rent a car but unforeseen circumstances made it impossible. However, I think we enjoyed the location and some time to unwind after travelling throughout Japan for the previous 2 weeks.

Beautiful place! A luxury stay in rural Okinawa. Very quiet and surrounded by nature. Definitely best to have a car or preplanned taxi/Ubers to access the place as public transport isn't super reliable. Host was a great communicator and we adored the sweet gifts that appeared at our door. Would stay longer if we could!

The apartment itself was excellent and clean throughout. We had a car and therefore the quiet location of the apartment was not a problem since restaurants and shops were only a 10 - 15 min drive away.

We were totally 4PAX in this travel. And I was looking for the entire house which has more than 4beds, and ocean that I can reach in 5minutes by walking, and swim as well. So there are. Everything was here. That was awesome and peaceful. However, the parking lot is a little bit small that you can park only 1 I think. But its not a big part of the journey. Anyway, We were so comfortable with staying and would like to thanks for helping us. If I get a chance to travel OKINAWA, I m going to reserve this house again. Thank you. We appreciated.

The surrounding environment is very beautiful, the parking space is 30 seconds walk from the house, the house has two floors, and offers many rooms, if there are many people, it is very convenient, the cost performance is very high, the only thing is that I bought a lot of delicious Wagyu beef in the supermarket and wanted to use the side stove, but his gas stove can't be used, so I had to cook in the kitchen The owner of the house also offers car rental services, and as a tenant, there is a special discount for renting a car

Accommodation is in the middle and super close to Aeon!Going north to the south is like 50 minutes, very convenient!!!Lawson across the road contracted our breakfast for 5 days with😆 a late night ~ ~

Great location and host.

This was a great place to stay with an amazing little beach within walking distance. There are plenty of places to buy groceries and eat / drink nearby and Kokoni was a very communicative host. Would definitely recommend!
