We stayed at this place for 2 weeks, it was easy to reach and the staff were always friendly. There was someone at the reception 24/7.

I stayed at this villa with a group of 12 friends and we had an excellent time! Qt is the most responsive and helpful host I have ever dealt with! He always replied immediately, booked us all bus transfers from Hanoi and created a group chat to communicate with members of the group rather than 1 person having to organise everyone. He made everything very easy and was very flexible in organising last minute changes to schedules. His place is walking distance to food options and nearby to the Ancient Town which is beautiful. Everything was as described and the hot showers were excellent! The place was a bit dirty when we arrived but for the price, it was still great value in my opinion.
