The house / rural cottage has 4 bedrooms + a sofa bed for 10 to 13 people, with a large garden and covered terrace. Located on a very quiet little street in the village of Loyers, 11 km from Namur, the capital of Wallonia, halfway between Brussels and the Ardennes, there are many activities and places to visit in this beautiful region of Condroz.

Rental formula: weekend + midweek. In July and August, only per week (Monday-Sunday).

The exterior includes a dining area as well as a poolside relaxation area and two private parking spaces. As a couple, with family or friends, the place will seduce you.

The "Mountain", quiet and natural next to Dinant

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

Le Ptit Ruisseau welcomes you in the charming village of Dave, a small house nestled on the edge of a stream, 10 minutes' drive from Namur center and 5 minutes from Naninne train station. Nearby you will find all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, supermarket, hairdresser). Bois de Dave and its walking trails are also easily accessible by car (3 min) or on foot (15 min).
