It is a private building located on the hillside of Geumbyeonsan Mountain behind Kim Yu-jeong Munhak Village, where one team can fully enjoy the garden and accommodation for a day. We provide boiled towels and 100% cotton bedding filled with the smell of sunlight, washed every time. It is a bright accommodation with good sunlight through a large window. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is a basic for two adults, and up to four people are possible by providing additional bedding, and only up to four people, including infants, can enter. Free for children under 2 years old (up to 24 months), and no extra bedding is provided if free. You can see Mt. Samak, and if the weather is good, you can see the beautiful sunset full of red light. Breakfast is provided for a fee. (5,000 won/person, 3,000 won/person under elementary school, other menus such as brunch are available for consecutive stays) We don't offer barbecue service. Our accommodation does not have a kitchen, so you cannot cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

Traditional Hanok Dongchon House (1 team only/free breakfast/free parking)

Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae It's not a fancy hanok. Seoul City and the government (Korea Tourism Organization) have recognized it as a traditional hanok. Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 bathrooms (inside: shower available, outside: small but showerable), Numaru, and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. (※ The love house is a space that is different from the main house where guests stay in, and it is a completely separate space) Feel the tranquil beauty and scent of traditional hanok in Dongchonjae. It is a cozy and quiet space located between Sangbong Station and China Station. Remodeled homes from the 80s to provide a tidy place to stay. You can stay quiet both day and night. "Please contact us if you need to book for more than 3 people and extra bed." Jang () means fancy inn. This word usually used at 20's century in Korea. You can get experience Remodeled 80's house. It is cozy and quiet house located between Sangbong St. and Jungwha St. “If you are booking for more than 3 people or need an extra bed, please contact us.”

Lovely beautiful house & Garden

We have spacious Garden with lovely pine trees and seasonal flowers. You can feel healing and relax with our lovely calm garden. We have also small farm growing ingredient fruits. you can pick & enjoy eating for breakfast in summer season. You can take a walk along the riverside path near our house and enjoy water skiing and paragliding. Public transportation is also available. It's a 10 - minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Pick-up from Asin Station is also available.
