"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

IMPORTANT: Logement duplex avec salle de bains et WC au RDC. Pour des raisons de confort et de sécurité, il est plus adapté à des adultes et des enfants de plus de 4 ans, déjà autonomes (pas d'équipement de puériculture) ou pour 2 couples. Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis. Le ménage est à faire avant de partir pour cela produits et matériel fournis. Assurance: fournir une attestation de villégiature.
