Nous serons ravis de vous accueillir pour un séjour au calme, en pleine nature, dans un logement indépendant situé sur un grand terrain offrant plusieurs espaces de repos et de jeux. Le logement se compose de deux espaces reliés : une chambre avec cuisine et salle de bain, puis un salon chaleureux avec véranda lumineuse et mezzanine-dortoir. Accès au lac en 5 minutes en voiture, 15 min en vélo et 1h en randonnée Autoroute A43 à 5 min =>Chambéry à 20 min =>Annecy à 45 min => Walibi à 30 min

House completely renovated, and very well located. Very quiet environment. Pleasant mountain views and located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the fields. Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Shaded terrace, wooded garden, plancha and pétanque court Air conditioning in the room, living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.
