Please stay at a Kyomachi house with a large Japanese garden. This private guest house is a great place to relax and have a wonderful time. There are Japanese-style rooms with 8, 6, and 4.5 tatami mats, and a 8 tatami mat cocoon room. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Two kitchens with all the cooking utensils for you to enjoy cooking with your family. The Japanese garden is large and has beautiful moss. There is also a shrine to Benzaiten in the garden, which will bless you with financial luck. Kyoto Suiyokawa Minsu is located in one of Kyoto's most traditional and historic districts, Nishi-Yasaka. A traditional Japanese Kyomachi-ya house that is over 100 years old, the garden has maintained its original appearance for over 100 years, and has a shrine and torii gate that are rare in a private garden, dedicated to Benzaiten (God of Wealth). The 250-square-meter exquisite Japanese garden changes with the four seasons of Kyoto's beautiful scenery. There is a kimono workshop in the Suiokawa Minsu with a professional kimono teacher, miya, where you can wear a formal kimono to go out and return it after you come back.
