Detached house for 4 to 6 people completely renovated . Comfortable and well equipped. Quiet in a small hamlet. A large room of 45m2 on the ground floor , 2 bedrooms upstairs. A beautiful garden with games for children. In the heart of the green Périgord, you will be 5 km from Thiviers where you will find all the shops. At the tourist level, the house is located 30 minutes from Brantôme and Périgueux and 50 minutes from Limoges. 1 hour from Montignac and the caves of Lascaux, 1h30 from Sarlat.

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake.
