Condo holiday rentals in Nantucket Island

Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

You cannot beat the location, you’re right in the center of town but with the benefit of a parking spot. The place itself was clean, new and well designed. Looks just like the photos!

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

My wife and I had a great stay! Great space for two, but the location and property and the highlights. The minute long walk to the beach (or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach!) made everything relaxing and easy, and it’s centrally located enough that we could quickly and easily took day trips to other towns or long walks to dinner places and never felt like we were too far or too out of the way.

Cozy cottage in a great location. You can't beat having the beach a few minutes walk down the road.

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an ideal place to stay during our visit to Nantucket. It was in easy walking distance to downtown and Chris gave us numerous recommendations of places to go that were excellent (be sure to go to the Whaling Museum!). Chris was extremely responsive when we had a couple questions after arrival. I highly recommend this condo!

This was an amazing spot. We had a small group come over and we all enjoyed the stay. Is near a beautiful view of the beach. U have breakfast, lunch and dinner with a bar downstairs which is super convenient for a small group traveling here. Beautiful interior , super spacious. Enough parking space for a group. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the nice stay!

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

Place was immaculate, if I was in the market, I’d definitely consider buying in this community. Although there was only one assigned parking spot, parking was not an issue for our 2nd car.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The unit was secure and in a nice area. Close to shopping, sightseeing, and beaches. The unit was bright and cheery and clean. Keith is a good host.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Great location and a nice quaint spot for one or two ! Great value for the area as well
