Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nantucket Island

My fiancé and I stayed here for an extended weekend and this was THE BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. The home is beautiful! It’s private enough where it is quiet and peaceful, but also a quick walk to 167 raw (best lobster roll!). It’s about a 8 minute drive to the center of town, which is so convenient. They have a beautiful large back yard which was lovely to have. The house was so clean, spacious and the electric fire place provided a great cozy vibe. Everything was so clean, the hosts responded immediately and was so kind and friendly. I would love to stay here again!

Our stay on Nantucket was fantastic! An easy walk into town and the house had everything we needed, including items for our child. Gaelen was very responsive and her recommendations and instructions were great. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights for a wedding, with a 3 and a half month old infant. On arrival the A/C was not working, as it had not been turned on since last Fall. Joe immediately responded to my message and had an electrician at the property within a few hours, late in the day on a Wednesday. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the prompt action, and everything else about the stay was wonderful. Centrally located, can walk to many great restaurants and beaches, cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely amazing day! It is the perfect location and size house for our group. It was beautiful, very clean and very updated. Would highly recommend staying here again and probably will in the future!! Beautiful house and Edith was great to work with:)

Overall a great location on a quite Road and close to everything which is nice if you need to Uber. Perfect for 6 guest, with a nice yard and privacy. Look forward to going back again

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at “11 Tuckaway” on Weymouth. House was perfect, all features & amenities as described. Very thoughtful ’welcome’ gift from Host was such a nice gesture! Location is terrific, an enjoyable walk to town…but still a nice quiet street…. ‘Backyard’ patio & fire pit was delightful, perfect for family gatherings… Would heartily recommend & would stay again….Thank you !!!!

Absolutely incredible and relaxing stay. Waking up to hearing and seeing the water from our bedroom was a highlight of the trip. The house is very charming with everything you'd hope from a beach side property. Renting a car to get into town was a must, but this is well worth it for having a private beach house with a scenic walkable road. I'd absolutely recommend anyone who's looking for a relaxing stay to consider this property.

We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

Great place to stay! Very close to the grocery store and not too far from town. Everything was clean, spacious and clutter free. When we did encounter a problem, they were so quick to response and fix it right away. Weather and company made it even better!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

My husband and I absolutely adored Lia and Michael’s cottage! It was so perfect for a long weekend away. The place was extremely clean, and was well equipped with anything and everything we needed for our stay (and then some). The location was also great and was bikeable/walkable to the beach and some local cafes we went to daily. Really feel like we hit the jackpot with this find on a holiday weekend. Would absolutely love to stay again!

We loved our stay at Adam‘s home. Very comfortable and cozy and we adored the quick walk to 40th Pole beach. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and safe and we like being away from the busyness of the center of town. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great location with east access to Madaket and an easy drive to town, or the bus route. I highly recommend taking a walk down the path to the 40th pole beach, which is a great place for kids (often no waves) and often protected from high winds. The deck off the kitchen and primary bedroom was the perfect place soak in the sun and the outdoor shower is as comforting as a spa.

We had a great stay, the house was just what we needed for a couple of days on island! Mariana responded quickly and made the process very easy. Would definitely stay again

Great location! Close to downtown. Free parking for one vehicle. Chic interior and exterior—scandi style and clean aesthetic! Angela was great to collaborate with about where to go with our pup, too. Overall awesome place and lovely host!

Incredible little place a half mile or so from town. Close enough for a casual walk but far enough out of the mix to get some peace and quiet at night. It felt like a home away from home, cozy and well furnished. 10/10 will stay here again.

We had a great time at Laurel’s very well-appointed and lovely cottage. She even had seasonal, fragrant flowers in vases. The outdoor area was peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful and it felt very comfortable, giving the essence of Nantucket. Great communication and instructions. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
