Holiday rentals with a pool in Nantucket Island

The house was beautiful, better than expected! It was very spacious with lovely high ceilings in all the rooms. the bedrooms were all large and delightfully decorated, as were the two sitting rooms. In fact the layout worked really well for our family group: master bedroom with en suite for us grandparents, first floor bedrooms for one couple and their two kids with shared bathroom and extra sitting area with TV, and the garden room -with an enormous bed!- and ensuite bathroom for the other couple. The pool was a very good size with comfortable loungers and the large table on the terrace was perfect for mealtimes. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were an enormous range of dishes and utensils! The various beaches we visited were all within easy reach and Mashpee Commons was only a short drive away with a range of restaurants and shops. Nicole was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time and the house exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful time at this home. The pool was clean and warm; we used it every day. The house was well stocked- dishes, spices, utensils, pots and pans… and plenty of chairs out by the pool for outdoor meals. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to take nice morning walks down to the little beach 1/4 miles away. Great quality seafood at Falmouth Fish Market, and many grocery/household store options less than 2 miles from the house. We paid extra for the linens; good choice for us since we had a full house.

Kerry was an amazing host. Very kind, very helpful, and very communicative. The house itself was very cute and had the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. The outdoor shower was also a huge hit. The house was super close to the community beach and the community pool, which were both a ton of fun. The house was also close to some other things we did on our week vacation, like sailing on the Liberte, taking a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, and checking out some other town beaches. The house was a little tight for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids)...while there were plenty of places to sleep, there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table and the outdoor table. The house was also right off the main road, which made it convenient, but I think we would have preferred to be a little more secluded. But all in all, positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

We had such a fantastic stay at Sue’s beautiful Edgartown home! The house was charming, spotless, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kids’ toys and extra keys to cozy spaces for the whole family. Even with some chilly weather, we made great memories thanks to Sue’s warmth and hospitality. One huge highlight was the car rental—what a convenient bonus! It was clean, reliable, and made exploring the island a breeze. Sue was responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, checking in with helpful suggestions and going above and beyond. She truly made us feel at home. From shell picking at Felix Neck to relaxing in the playroom and enjoying everything the Vineyard has to offer, our family had a wonderful time. We’re already talking about our next trip back—and hoping Sue’s hot tub addition is ready by then! Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Harwich! This house is so well stocked and spacious. Our kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the sun room. The host, Chris, was incredibly communicative and helpful when we needed something. Highly recommend this home to families traveling to Cape Cod!

We have been going to this area for decades and decided to rent vs other options this year. Place very comfortable, easy access (bad leg) with deck ramp key. Water pressure fab as family actually commented. Would look to do again! Excellent…

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

perfect location for us to stay in while attending a wedding. Having the pool and activities were a great bonus too.

Great place for a long weekend. Easy walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants (many others a short drive).

Keith’s place was perfect for our quick stay on the Cape! It was right across the street from kayak rentals and had many different places to eat a short distance away. They offered some great recommendations in the guide book, which we went to as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed here while in town for the week. Everything was as described . Super short walk to local beach . Short drive to food etc. had a great time thank you!

Great little spot for a quick getaway. Small room but exactly what you need. AC unit was plenty to cool the place down. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. Walkable to a beach. Had a great trip!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

Leah was the most accommodating host I’ve ever encountered. The beds were super comfortable and the house was pristine. Leah gave tons of recommendations for me and my 2 under 2. We had a great time despite the weather and I would highly recommend Leah’s place to anyone.
