Welcome to the Centre Street Penthouse, a captivating 3rd floor (walk up) retreat nestled in the heart of Nantucket. Occupying the entire top floor of a historic building built in 1780, this residence offers a unique blend of 18th-century charm and modern comfort. Situated within the Nantucket Historic District - this penthouse is in the center of all of the best dining & nightlife. The penthouse is walkable to both the Hy-Line & Steamship ferry, ensuring easy access to and from the island

Two-Bedroom Luxury Condo

This two-bedroom suite is located in a restored historic building in Town and the only unit in the building accessed through the original front door. Recently refurbished, the unit elegantly combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and a block from free public transportation. There is a shared patio in the back of the building with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Completely new furniture/mattresses and upgraded HVAC!

Relaxation Awaits! Mid-Island Retreat

Our guest suite is a separate wing of the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. Perfect honeymoon suite. You must come into the backyard of the main house to access your suite. We do not allow pets in our guest suite. Our Airbnb is not suitable for infants or children. There is an additional guest fee of $150 per guest per night after the initial two guests. And please let us know if you are bringing a car so we can arrange parking.

It is charming well appointed studio apartment conveniently located between down town and Surfside beach. It is walk-able to major Nantucket attractions -bars, restaurants, beaches, supermarket. In addition there is a bicycle rentals shop next door at your convenience. The studio is equipped with crisp linens, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette and bath essentials —everything you need for an exceptional stay. In the hallway is a laundry area with full size washer/dryer. 2nd floor private entrance is located over our two bay garage which is attached to our home. Super location just .2m to beach road!
