Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nantucket

Location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Robert was very responsive and accommodating. The ease of finding the home & access with the great directions along with a bottle of wine in the fridge were added bonuses after driving all day/night and a late night arrival.

We have stayed at Brian’s place two years in a row, and it is by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed at. We love the amenities! Also, it is always incredibly clean and has super comfortable beds. Brian is incredibly responsive and accommodating, overall, an amazing host! We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Fantastic delightful stay in our own special little Secret Garden oasis complete with a solarium. The added washer and dryer were a wonderful and convenient perk. Abigail and Aaron were so friendly and helpful. And our little dog absolutely adored having his own private space to run in. It was magnificent to see him so happy because we live in the city and he hasn’t had the freedom to run in a very long time. We hope to be back again very soon.

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

This place was perfect for our mini honeymoon! Very comfortable and great location - walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. When our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, the host was very responsive and we were extended an extra night. Highly recommend staying here!

The pictures don’t do this listing any justice. Very nice home with plenty of room for the family. The pool also is bigger than it looked in the photos. The home is very close to the inn and marketplace which makes things very easy. If you need a pet friendly rental that is close to all this is your place.

Great place to stay! Very close to the grocery store and not too far from town. Everything was clean, spacious and clutter free. When we did encounter a problem, they were so quick to response and fix it right away. Weather and company made it even better!

House was very clean and comfortable. Kathleen was very responsive to all my inquiries both prior to and during our stay. House was easy drive to shopping and dinning as well as the local ponds and beaches. Although we did not cook if u plan to prepare meals be aware kitchen has limited pots and pans for cooking. Also would have like to have a tea pot to boil water. Otherwise had everything we needed for a wonderful stay

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Place was immaculate, if I was in the market, I’d definitely consider buying in this community. Although there was only one assigned parking spot, parking was not an issue for our 2nd car.

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time! The home was comfortable for our group size and the property was peaceful and stunning. The brilliant sunrise over the water each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Maria was also a fantastic host— very responsive to questions and proactive with her communication. Can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

If I could give ten stars I would: So beautiful house, detail oriented generous, which we enjoyed, beach access in few min walk. Pool access, tennis court at a clubhouse a few minutes away. We would have stayed longer if it had not been booked. So much more to mention. Our adult children also felt right at home and were very excited. We were very impressed !

I highly recommend this home if you’re staying the area. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy and the backyard of the house is perfect. Scott was amazing when it came to communication and always responded quickly when I had questions.

This was a great place for us to stay during a friends wedding weekend. We loved going to the nearby Cotuit market for groceries and snacks. There are a few small beaches close by that were very nice to walk on. Nick's house is very comfortable and quiet to stay in. Everything in the house was guest appropriate, very clean spaces, the appliances functioned well and there were plenty of dishes and cooking equipment in the kitchen. The front yard is lovely with so many plants blooming everywhere. The weather was a bit rainy, so we didn't spend much time in the backyard, though it looked inviting. Maybe next time! Thank you!

Marj and Chris were the most welcoming and gracious hosts we’ve ever had on Airbnb. I can’t say enough good things about the place and their hospitality. They really went above and beyond from the warm welcome on our arrival day, the check-ins to ensure we had our needs met, and the sweet comments they made about our rambunctious children. The location was great, just a short bike ride (could also walk) to a lovely beach, and the accommodations were everything and more than we needed. Our family of 5 will carry so many memories of our last night there where we just hung out and played pool and games. Highly recommend their place.

Enjoyed a delightful weekend here! First time visiting the Cape, and Paula made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. No need to worry about beach towels or chairs, and having a beach pass was certainly an added plus. The house was beautiful, well-thought-out, and well-maintained. House was impeccably clean, with bathrooms and kitchen welcoming. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook and comfortably prepare meals. Overall, an excellent house - strongly recommended!

Peaceful home tucked away but still close to all Falmouth has to offer. Beautiful home that was also comfortable with a toddler. We loved the bedroom setup on the first floor with a little one. Edward was very responsive in all communication. Highly recommend!
