Beachfront holiday rental in Nantucket

Lisa's place is so lovely. It is so peaceful and has a great view. Check in was super easy and everything was as expected. Lisa is a great communicator and we were easily able to get questions answered. When we had an issue (not related to our stay) Lisa was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

Liza’s place is magical. The house is so much more than a beach house. It has a soul! Thank you Liza for being such an exquisite host.

If you’re visiting Nantucket staying at Connor’s is a must do. Very charming and super close to the beach. Quite neighborhood which is a great escape from how busy downtown can be. Nothing beats listening to the waves as you fall asleep instead of a sound machine.

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

This was our first family trip to Nantucket and it exceeded our expectations. The home is just steps away from the ocean. It's peaceful and you do feel like you can really relax. Liam was an incredible host. He was understanding and flexible when bad weather delayed our arrival. Overall the experience left us wanting to come back again in the future.

Overall, we had a lovely visit to J.P.'s! He was very responsive to our questions and needs throughout the trip, even taking a ferry all the way out to Nantucket to assist us with an issue during our stay. He was a fantastic host. The location and home itself were also beautiful. It was the perfect size for our group of 4. We could not have imagined a better host and stay at Madaket!

The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful is place is. The ocean is right there, with little seats on the deck to listen to the waves. The apartment is very quaint and cozy, with excellent Cape decor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, highly recommend!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

Great stay and in the perfect location, the beach was right across. Great restaurants minutes away and very peaceful and quiet. The place was very clean.

Lovely place to stay. The unit is well decorated and clean. The WiFi was fast which is a big plus for me. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this scenic location! It was a nice, clean, good value townhouse located very close to the waterfront with beach access. It had ample bedrooms and bathrooms, linens/towels, and modern kitchen with appliances among the many amenities. Alex was very responsive whenever I messaged. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s place! The cottage had all of the amenities we needed, the furniture was comfortable, and it was right across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and larger beaches. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach for sunsets and that there were chairs outside if we wanted to enjoy a drink in the sun. Kerry was responsive and the place was clean upon arrival! Thanks again!

This weekend was our second stay at Kimberly’s place. It’s great in all weather and has multiple spots to hang out outside. We spent morning on the front deck, had lunch on the back deck and watched the boats from the balcony in the afternoon. And it’s such a short walk to the beach we went multiple times throughout the day.

Brianna's place was well kept up, clean, and comfortable. The house had a very quite and secluded setting, which we enjoyed. We had a nice stay and thought this was a good central location in Cape Cod. Brianna had everything we needed and more. The conveniences that she had in the house were much appreciated (bags, beach equipment and toys, cooler, washer and dryer & etc.) and made life so much easier. She was very responsive when asked and even gave us some recommendations around the area. The whole process was smooth!

We had a perfect week at Bo’s place. The weather was beautiful and the walk to the beach was nice. We loved how close to lots of activities we wanted to do the cottage was. The cottage itself was cute and just the right size for my sister and I. The outdoor shower was awesome!! I would definitely book this place again. Sharon and Lynne

We had a lovely stay. The house is very close to the ocean, it’s well laid out and the host is responsive. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

We appreciated the hospitality, the cleanliness, and how close it was to the beach.
