Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nanzih District

Second time living (room type with bathtub for this stay) It's a temporary year looking for a place to stay on this side of the place, which is a nice addition to the previous guest's temporary check-out, so you can live there. Pretty much what other occupants have commented on Bad smell comes from pipes and outside the windows (the smell of food fumes accumulated in the restaurant logistics) Unit 105 does smell.(Later communicated with host immediately provided air freshener for use, thank you) (But I still have it myself to buy deodorizing spray once in the room) Midnight hours 10: 00-4: 00 From time to time you hear critters running around the ceiling and behind the locked cabinet. Sometimes woke up. (It wasn't too loud to stay at 104 before, 105 was in such a condition.) This time, due to the age of staying for nearly a dozen days, I may not have encountered a room without changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels for more than a dozen days. The convenience of this bnb for a long time in and check out has always been appreciated to have such a space. The common spaces are clean, but some corners of the rooms will have old marks, especially in the wood with a lot of humidity in the bathroom.I don't mind if it differs from person to person. Overall very good location, response issues were quickly responded to. Would like to stay in other room types in the future.(Personal experience is for documentation only)

Checked in after 11pm, and the reception staff was polite.The room is like the photos, it is quite spacious.Overall clean and quiet, good value for money.The property is in a business building, there are companies that also have other converted daily suites, access is a little cluttered, solo travelers should pay attention

The place felt like home. The apartment is very spacious and organized, has all the basic amenities needed to prepare simple meals. We were two people and stayed almost 1 week as we had to work remotely. The wi-fi was very reliable, a bit over 100mbps speed which was great for us. The location is very good, a beautiful temple just beside it. There is a 7-eleven nearby where you can get some stuff specially late night. It was very easy and fast to find the flat and check-in. The shower was great, and toiletries were kindly provided. Very comfy place!

A wonderful place downtown, close to anything you need to get to. 7-Eleven is right across the street which made it easy for a quick trip during the typhoon. The place was incredibly clean and ready for anyone needing a personal place that feels like your own apartment. Ray even checked to make sure I was okay and reminded me beforehand to get supplies when needed and where I could easily get things, as well as helping get to public transport easily. It was an amazing stay and I should've booked for longer.

The property is in a residential area, nothing much.There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient.The room is very beautiful and comfortable ~

I've stayed at Jennifer's place in March/April with my mother, husband and 3 month old baby. The place was incredible and super clean and had a lot of facilities which made me feel I was at home. Jennifer also arranged for a baby crib which was very helpful. Location is great, easy 5-10min walk to the nearest MRT and shopping area. Even a 30sec walk to Showba (small/quick for getting laundry detergent and such). We had rented a car and we have a scooter. And it was easy to park in the garage downstairs. We've felt safe throughout the stay. I loved that Jennifer came and introduced the apartment and building towards us with all amenities as well as recommendations for nearby places. Unfortunately no swimming pool access in March/April :P Nonetheless, I will never forget this place away from home and I recommend staying at her place! Great communication and definitely worth booking again whenever I go back to see my family there :)

Yu was a poise and gracious host. Her home was warm and fostered a nurturing environment for my creativity. The space she offered was true to its image: clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location provided easy access to many local spots. Highly recommend to first time users on this app. 👍🏼

I intensely recommend everyone to visit here,cuz the hostess is fairly kind and hospitable.The hostess can render some smashing scenic spots for you and will respond you instantly if you encounter certain problems.This is really thoughtful for me!!Besides,the rooms here are pretty clean and suitable to stay.l felt cozy and relaxed in the room in the transient three days.Undoubtedly,I will visit here again. Hope everyone to be able to experience the fabulous place.Wish everyone a good travel.

The B&B is very large and clean, there are a lot of facilities, and the owner is very kind. It's a good choice.

What a great place to stay and refreshing change from hotels. Nikita was responsive and accommodating so the whole experience was lovely

Simple but nice

Although it is a room with 6 people, the space of each bed is larger than imagined, the sound insulation is ok, it is not very noisy by other guests on other beds; the bathroom in the room is very clean, the basic supplies are attached, and the whole is recommended.

It was very close to the bus station, MRT, and the train. VERY convenient. Also there are two night markets very close by. The place was very clean and nice for two people.

The location of house is very good! you can go to most shop by walk, 3 min to night market, 4 mins to the convenience store, 5 mins to the supermarket. Houselord also prepared many useful facilities in the house such as washing machine, laundry and fans, there also has 2 bathroom, both are able for shower, so you don’t need to wait too long for it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend.

It seems a little small for more than 5 people, but it was nice to be able to talk about Dorando. The air conditioner comes out well and the warm water comes out well. If there is a disadvantage, the bathroom is not well ventilated, so you have to turn on the light to continue using the ventilator, and the accommodation is on the 5th floor, but there is no elevator. But it was nice to be able to enjoy it privately with my friends! Thank you for allowing us to stay in a good place:)

This stay was as welcoming as home, and the room was set up comfortably and thoughtfully, allowing you to completely relax as soon as you walk in the door.The surroundings are peaceful and not disturbed by the outside world, but at the same time being close enough to the city, it is very convenient whether you want to rest well or go out and explore.The atmosphere feels at ease and is a place that will make people want to come back.

Overall it is good, if there is a car space outside of the accommodation where you can park directly, it is cheaper than the parking private spot, it is convenient to buy something to eat nearby

Very centrally located

Calvin’s room was cozy and neat. Great wall decor and comfy couch to make a great viewing experience. A calm and quiet area with convenient attractions and local delicacies. Had a great stay!
