This is an outstanding property. Located across the street from a pond and meadow and an easy walk to Target, this is a peaceful and convenient location. The property has the prettiest decor I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Consistent, stylish, cozy, bright aesthetic. Fully updated house, with everything expertly coordinated, from the art to the plumbing fixtures to the toaster. Great deck with a fenced yard. Friendly, responsive host. Highly recommend!

The house had a lot of space for our five adults and two little children, so we could give the kids space to play and sleep without being disturbed. The location was close to downtown and easy to get to. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would stay here again.

We had an EXCELLENT time at Marianne's home in Batavia. The home was outfitted with everything that we required and then some. The place is even bigger than it appeared in the listings. There were sectional sofas both upstairs and in the basement that we didn't recall from the listing that provided even more sitting room with family. The property is so beautiful. We had such a wonderful time watching the horses play in the pastures directly out the window. Can't recommend these hosts or their property enough! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home this holiday season.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet for the location. Very clean and well kept house. The Shop next door was relatively quiet, did spook our pup a couple times while being outside. Didn’t bother me or my wife and dog at all while inside the house. We will gladly stay again at this location. Thank you again alex, you are a great host!

Dawn’s house was great. My family traveled to town and the space was what we expected. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. Dawn was very responsive with anything we needed.

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Stayed here for my girls trip and it was a super convenient location! It was our first time visiting Chicago, and it was perfect. Had the most beautiful view we loved the private patio. Beds were all comfy and the hosts were extremely communicative the entire stay. Would definitely stay again!

⸻ Absolutely stunning stay! The penthouse was even more beautiful in person — spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with incredible views of the city. Every detail was considered, from the comfortable beds to the high-end finishes and fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was seamless, and the host was communicative and helpful the entire time. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as shown in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had some minor issues with the digital locks, but the host was always very quick and helpful in resolving them. Overall, a very positive experience and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great place and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our time, it was a beautiful place with stellar views and Great location. It felt pretty spacious and posh. The unit had an issue with the AC but the host was responsive and coordinated with the building management for us to have them come out twice, the first time almost immediately late at night and then again the following day to fix and replace the thermostat. Checkin and checkout instructions contradicted one another on different sources, but we were able to figure it out and reach someone. The process was flexible. There were views from almost every room with nice fixtures and finishes inside to compliment the gorgeous exterior. We came for a few days so we did not utilize the gym but it seemed nice and tenants were using it. The pool deck was pretty nice as well, we only used for a little time since it was a colder time. You couldn't hear any neighbors next to you or on the deck above. We would stay here again, and almost looked into extending our stay.

From the moment we booked, Nayeli’s communication was top-notch—warm, welcoming, and incredibly detailed. The townhouse itself is a gem—spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The newly remodeled bathroom in the bedroom hallway was a delightful surprise, with modern fixtures and a fresh, spa-like feel. The master bathroom was equally impressive, and the entire home felt cozy yet spacious. The beds were super comfortable, and the futons in the basement were a great bonus for our group, ensuring everyone had a cozy spot to sleep. One of the best experiences with Airbnb I had! Excellent location not too distant from local stores, and an easy drive from Chicago O'Hare and the nearby convention center. Host was accommodating and allowed for a bit of an early check in. The property was clean and we ran into no issues during our stay!

Easy and clear instructions upon check in, space was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a brand new fridge, a toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave that really came in handy, they also had new utensils/plates/cups that we were able to use. Our host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay, and was available to answer our questions/requests. Very happy we found this place, I slept in the room facing the back (parking lot) so my only recommendation is if you’re a light sleeper, to bring earbuds, but that had nothing to do with the rental itself and more of a personal preference. Also they had brand new towels for us!!

I really enjoyed my stay. The home was beautiful, the hosts were extremely responsive & very friendly. The house was in a nice location. No problems with anything. Beautiful back yard. Would definitely stay again 5/5 stars
