We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

The apartment fully matches the photos – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need. It’s located in a great area with lots of green spaces perfect for walking and relaxing. The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. The host was extremely kind and attentive. She welcomed me personally, helped with the check-in, and took the time to explain how everything in the apartment works. I really appreciated her hospitality and care. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Airbnb, it made me RELAX and ENJOY. I loved the thoughtful touches in the apartment and the bathtub is a huge plus to the experience. The apartment is very cool. Mikha is an excellent and responsive host, it was really easy communicating with him. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is not looking to explore tbilsi too much due to its distance from the old town and typical tourist spots, however it’s incredibly worth it as long as you know what you’re going for!! Bolts are accessible too so it’s not a huge deal but i did spend some money going back and forth (still worth it!!), thank you mikha you made my birthday very special with this apartment!!
