It is part of a sustainability project with money earned from this listing going into planting land damaged by cyclone Gabriel, with natives. Situated just five minutes drive from Havelock North village and set adjacent to the Te Mata Peak park where you can enjoy the local walking, mountain biking tracks and must-see views

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

The Shepherd's Cottage at Clifton Station

This tranquil cottage has been recently renovated so you can enjoy the splendid views and fantastic location near Cape Kidnappers in comfort and style. The cottage is located an easy wander from the beach and Hygge cafe, and the Hawke’s Bay cycle path begins almost on the doorstep. There are world class wineries at an easy distance and the location offers the best of both worlds, a feeling of remoteness and peace with easy accessibility and plenty to do.

Relaxing studio with hot tub/pool/close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.

Sunrise On Churchill

Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home. A continental breakfast is included in your stay We welcome children and can accommodate for infants and extra bedding.

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
