Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Sooty. Sooty is very friendly so be prepared to be meet by her on arrival.

My house is now available for longer term bookings at discounted rates, suited to contract workers or anybody wanting temporary accommodation while house hunting, etc. This is my beautiful home in the heart of Napier. A 10 minute walk to town and 3 minutes to the beach and the Marine Parade. Three double bedrooms and a lovely private and fully enclosed back garden. Oozing with character and charm, the villa is over 100 years old and has been modernised in all the right ways.

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is included.
