Monthly Rentals in Nardò

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment. The location, the beautiful stylish decor and everything you need was present (incl washing machine). Don't worry that the apartment is on a main road, because when the doors are closed, you won't notice it at all, and it's wonderful to sleep in a very good bed and then wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is within walking distance between 2 cozy lively villages where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in clear weather. Furthermore, Maurizio and Sasena have created a nice information folder with valuable tips for things to do in the area. Apart from all these beautiful things, it is Maurizio and Sasena themselves who have made the difference for us. Through their personal attention, enthusiasm and spontaneity, they did everything to make you feel a bit like a Salento dreamer, and that certainly succeeded. What a lovely, sweet, warm couple. Had a fantastic week in this accommodation. We felt right at home from the warm welcome of Daniela and Valentino at check-in. The accommodation was very clean and provided with everything and a little more that we could need. The accommodation is located with fantastic panoramic views of the sea, very close to the water, several different beaches and swimming areas. The accommodation is located between two villages with exquisite restaurants and cafes on each side. We are more than satisfied with our stay and will gladly return here.

The pictures on Airbnb are hardly able to accurately describe the apartment. The apartment is even more magnificent in real life. The apartment is spacious and very impressive. The huge roof terrace is a highlight. The living rooms and bedrooms are good and furnished with lots of cupboards and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable appliances. Nothing is missing. We have already had many good apartments. This apartment surpasses all and is absolutely top class. The host is extremely helpful. He kept asking if everything was okay. He made suggestions for activities and excursions as well as for the gastronomy. He was always approachable and responded to inquiries within a very short time. The apartment and the host are recommended without restrictions.
