Welcome to Ateljén! A beautiful little house that is part of an older property from the late 1800s. On the lower floor, there is a kitchen with a stove, oven/microwave, refrigerator, freezer, a dining area, and a couple of armchairs. A bathroom with a shower is located on the lower floor. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed upstairs. Outside the house, there is a private seating area. Here is close to the grocery store, wonderful swimming areas at the walking distance and central Gothenburg is 10 minutes away by car. Relax in this unique and tranquil space.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly built attic house in Askim! Here you live in a Scandinavian and well-planned accommodation of 30 sqm – perfect for those who want to be close to both the sea, the forest and the center of Gothenburg. You have the bike path right outside the door, and it only takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach and the archipelago. If you want to go into town, the express bus goes there in 15 minutes, or you can take the car in 10 minutes. Free parking on site. The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
