The house is located all by itself in the forest and right by its own forest lake with a jetty, sauna and boat. Cozy cottage on the lake property with a private jetty and a boat

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Treehouse in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the midst of forest. In this treehouse you live up among the trees on a quiet and peaceful place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

Ormaliden

“Ormaliden” is a charming 19th century cottage belonging to the Salshult farm. It is completely secluded but still near the highway, with creek, small fields and cherry trees all around. It is close to two lakes with great opportunities for swimming and fishing. Access to a boat and canoe by agreement during May-October. In Stenberga, 3 km away, there is a grocery store and café. The village, also called Småland's garden, is very beautiful with a small broken landscape with interesting flora.

Welcome to Villa Blanche a charming, wooden house in Stenberga – Småland. With lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. Here you live next to the Stenberga Butiken where you can enjoy coffee, tea or ice cream and get all the groceries you need. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings. From spring we will rent out our canoe. Go skiing, visit Astrid Lindgren park, see moose or go down the zippline.

Country cottage by the lake

Welcome to this beautiful cottage located in the heart of Småland! This eco-friendly place is perfect either for yourself or together with family/friends whom like to enjoy Swedish countryside at it's best. You’ll have your OWN private peninsula with jetty & boat! The cottage has a kitchen and living room with fireplace. In the sleeping cabin you can sleep total of 6 people. One 160’ and one 80’ bed/room. Enjoy hot showers outside! We love pets, so your four-legged friends are welcome.

Our small cabin by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It is intimate, simple and peaceful. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up among the canopy and wake up to birds singing. Through the large windows you can enjoy forest views as long the eye can reach. Here, the opportunity is given for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Gamla Kyrkskolan i Stenberga

Welcome to Kyrkskolan in Stenberga, Smålands Trädgård. An amazing old school from 1870 that is newly renovated. Nice Garden outside and close to swimming and fishing, own rowing boat available. The house has 7 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds and two cribs. 4 tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet. Large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges. 2 living rooms, fireplace, terrace facing south, TV and broadband.
