Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It has its own deck space but shares a back porch area with other units.

An inviting oceanfront pool area features a clear blue pool surrounded by lush green grass. Relaxing lounge chairs are positioned around the pool, with palm trees providing shade. The beach is visible in the background, with gentle waves meeting the shore.

The location is great, views are incredible and is a very comfortable space for couples, and small families!
