Beachfront holiday rental in Nassau County

We had a great stay with our two dogs! Great location, walkable to the beach. Erin was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful.

The condo is beautiful and the ocean view makes it the perfect place for a beach vacation. The home was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were communicative with us! If I’m back in the area I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this condo to anyone looking!

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

My husband and I stayed here as I had a pre-op appointment at the Mayo Clinic and surgery scheduled for the next morning. This property was within a 15 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Daniel was a great host very prompt with communications and answering questions. The house / apartment / condo is absolutely adorable. Clutter free and cute decor throughout. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient so I didn't have to do laundry once I got home. I was extremely nervous about my surgery as I have never had any kind of surgery before and needed / wanted a place to relax after the pre-op appointment and this place delivered just that. The deck to the beach was a very short walk which was wonderful for us. There is a shower as you are coming/going to the beach on the private property where we stayed at Daniel's place and we utilized it to clean our fishing poles, chairs, shoes, feet, skin so we would not track sand into the house. I highly recommend this property and Daniel!

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

We had a great time at Tanya's place! It was very clean and super easy to check in. Tanya was excellent with communication and gave us plenty of ideas of nearby attractions well before our trip arrived and left a nice book with things to do in the Airbnb. The pool is directly behind the unit, right out the back gate on the patio (which has a great outdoor shower for sand), and the beach is closer than I expected. It took us less that five minutes to walk to a perfect beach access. It's exactly 2 blocks. Tanya had the unit stocked with everything you would need even beach toys and games, chairs, etc. Thanks for a great trip!! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo. Right next to the Ritz, perfect for walking over for drinks. Spacious, great configuration and Fully stocked with appliances, games and extras. Plus super clean. Definitely makes you feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. Great host !

Cutie little condo for our girls trip! All the comforts of home & very peaceful surroundings. Very clean- beds & pillows were comfy., kitchen well stocked, lovely little screened in porch to enjoy in the morning. We didn’t walk the neighborhood as the weather was rainy off & on, but everything was an easy 3-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay here & would love to visit again.

The property provided easy access to the beach, and is off a main road that takes you straight to the downtown area. The building felt safe, and was quiet.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb and would definitely stay there again in the future! The view is incredible. We enjoyed watching sunrise every morning. The complex was perfect for our family, we enjoyed the ease of doing both the beach and the pool throughout the day. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone!!

Elizabeth's place was just perfect. A few steps away from the beach, Fort Clinch, restaurants. Elizabeth is super responsive and organized and her place has everything you could need and more! Our boys loved the pool and we loved coffee on the patio and the the beach cruisers to ride around the Fort! We will be back!

Beautiful view of the ocean and a bit of the pool as well. The condo was clean, updated, and stocked with beach chairs and toys. The beds were super comfy ( and I’m picky). The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall I would say this is an A+ rental.

Excellent communication from the host, very responsive. This unit has a great location, right on the beach. The outside of the building looks a little bit dated, but the unit has been remodeled and is beautiful and modern inside. Lots of beach toys included.

Easy to find & extremely easy check-in. The house was very clean & everyone slept comfortably. The beach was a very short walk away. I walked with my toddler & felt safe doing so. The owner was very responsive during our stay & the location was extremely convenient. This was our first trip to Jacksonville & will definitely not be our last. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was my 3rd stay at this location. The place feels like home when I'm away from home. The addition of the mini split AC unit is helpful in controlling the temp in the unit. And Cynthia is always helpful and responsive. I look forward to staying there again, when I return this summer.

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.

Fantastic stay! Great location, beach front and pool access. The condo was pristine and updated with key amenities. Pull out couch to easily sleep 6. Scott was super responsive and even offered early check in and late check out.

Vitamin Sea is the perfect getaway. The condo is in a great location and is exactly as described. It is spotlessly clean and the view is amazing. Sitting in the recliners on the balcony in the early evening with the sound of the ocean is a highlight at the end of each day. Marissa is a very attentive host and very easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you would ever need. I would highly recommend this spot. We would definitely come back!
