Holiday rentals with lake access in Nassau County

We were there for work so space was perfect. We traveled during the day and collapsed at night. There were dolphins and wildlife in the intercoastal waterway but you need your own boat to experience the shoreline. No boat rental. For a family expect to have to drive to get what you need as there is nothing in walking distance. For our purpose the site was quiet with great common areas to set up shop. It could be much more fun if they had boat rental as you could really travel to St. Mary’s or other locations for activities, fishing, and sight seeing. St. Mary’s is very nice but not a vacation destination more a family community. If I wanted to be on the intercoastal but somewhat secluded then this would work. End of a culdesac with families on either side the street is very quiet with coastal vegetation serving as a buffer from other homes.

The house was perfect for out family vacation. All the room were exactly as shown and each room had an extra blanket, this is important because the AC worked really good. There were plenty of towels for everyone and kitchen items were perfect. I was able to cook just like I was at home. The pool table was great competition for us to play and the backyard area was peaceful and beautiful. Brandon was very helpful any time I reached out. Even brought over some Tiki oil for us to use. This place was perfect to relax and enjoy jacksonville with your family.

House was exactly as advertised! It was cozy and spacious. Our lil pup loved the back yard and had plenty of private space for all of us. We felt right at home. Thank you for great communication, accommodation and fast responding. We will be back! Blessings!

Beautiful place in an amazing location. We had some family in town and Jason was very accomodating and very communicative with us leading up to our stay. Will definitely be back for a relaxing retreat.

Absolutely phenomenal stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was ideal, close to all the best spots, yet quiet and relaxing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

This place was exactly what we needed for some relaxation after my son just come home from a deployment. What a way for us to spend Father’s Day weekend together. He got to enjoy himself with family and relax. We fished right from the dock. There is a Sam’s club and Publix just a few miles from what seems like you would be several miles from anything. The house was clean and inviting. The property is so clean and open. The pool was refreshing. We will definitely be back in the near future. There’s room to tie up a boat to the dock. I’ll definitely be taking a boat with me on my next adventure. Thank you so much.

The home has plenty of space, and was able to accommodate my group. There are 3 living rooms, with large TVs in each. Plenty of entertaining space inside. The backyard was large and well maintained. The eat-in kitchen fit our needs to cook a big meal. Plenty of parking space with 2 driveways. Would consider booking again the next time we're in town

Beautiful view of the ocean and a bit of the pool as well. The condo was clean, updated, and stocked with beach chairs and toys. The beds were super comfy ( and I’m picky). The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall I would say this is an A+ rental.

Nice large space for a family of five. The pool is just a few steps away. It was very quiet and we basically had the pool to ourselves which the kids loved. We had an issue with the hot water in the master and Tom helped us rectify the situation. We had a nice stay. The only issue I would say is the water pressure in the master sinks was very low. Otherwise, we had a nice stay and would stay there again. Thanks Tom.

If you're looking to stay in Jacksonville -- whether long or short term -- this is the place. I've used Airbnb quite a bit over the past year and this is by far one of the best stays that I have had. The location is excellent, right near a plethora of restaurants and stores. Marisa is an excellent host -- attentive and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this listing!

My stay at Chad's place was wonderful! The location is close to restaurants and stores. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I really enjoyed the balcony facing the lake. there was also a snack basket and welcome card he had on the counter as you walk in that was really inviting!! I would definitely stay at Chad's place again!!!

Wonderful experience. Stayed 10 days with no complaints. Quiet complex with a nice pool and expanded fitness center. Unit was very clean and in like new condition. Will need transportation to retail/food- 10 minutes to all that would be desired. Only exchanged a couple of messages with Ken regarding entry and exit instructions over the stay. No need for further communication as the unit was ready upon arrival, clean and well maintained. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Kevin was very attentive to my needs as far as parking passes, he insured that my arrival was smooth and departure was smooth as well when I had issues he immediately addressed him all in all. It was just like the listing said I would definitely stay again.
