Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Situated in the ideal location for travel anywhere in Jacksonville, we are off I295 and I10. From here you can travel anywhere in town, to the beaches, stadium, or the airport. We are close to the Equestrian Center and have a fenced in back yard for dogs. A beautiful back yard with a great patio that gives a view to the pool/fire-pit. Or relax in the hot-tub or Jacuzzi bath-tub. The pool is NOT heated. Enjoy a couple's shower with our dual shower heads! Relax with fast internet and enjoy!

A screened lanai features a tranquil Koi pond, surrounded by lush greenery and rock accents. Seating is available with several white Adirondack chairs arranged nearby. A paved pathway leads to a well-maintained lawn and a putting green, enhancing the outdoor space.

Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants.
