Holiday rentals with beach access in Nassau County

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront studio! The location is unbeatable, steps away from the sand with stunning views and easy access to everything I needed. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Jay’s stay was perfect for a stay in Long Beach. Very easily walkable to nearby restaurants/shops. Would stay again!

Rocky was very accommodating host and always available! However the rooms were a little awkward, in order to use bedroom 2 you had to go through the bedroom number 1 to use the bathroom or kitchen. Other than that it was comfy place.

Doyen is the best host I’ve had in recent trips. He was very attentive, and most importantly, he was there for us all the time.

It was welcoming no bother host was helpful and left me to my peace.

Robert was super friendly and helpful, the area was really nice too lots to do and see.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The living space is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were cozy, clean, and plush—perfect for restful nights after days spent exploring the beach or lounging in the sun. Speaking of the beach, it’s just a short walk from the house—pristine, quiet, and ideal for swimming, strolling, or simply soaking up the sun. Had a wonderful stay at Manuel’s place. He put a lot of hard work into his home and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. And plenty of spacious private parking.. a huge plus for Long Beach!! Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!!

What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Rachel’s place. Is in a delightful village within walking distance of every amenity we needed, shops, restaurants, services and most importantly the delightful venue where our relatives were holding their wedding. The weather cooperated and we were able to sit out on the back porch and catch up with family members who flew in from around the country to share the house with us.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!

Stephanie is a great host. Great communication, offered.flexibility on checkin/checkout and was very proactive and responsive. The place was spotless and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and it's quiet at night so we got great sleep. We were there for the Sea Hear Now festival and had a great time people watching on the porch after the shows. The location is a short walk to the beach and Convention Hall. I have no complaints. It's expensive. but so is everything in Asbury. For the comfort and convenience this place is A+.

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

happy place :). it is small/cozy (as expected from the description), but very pleasant. one suggestion... the overhead lights are BRIGHT, a little table lamp would be nice so people can choose a mellow option between dark and full brightness.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Elizabeth made the whole experience seamless and easy. She went above and beyond. I would put this place on the top of my list for future trips to Asbury Park. We would give it a solid 10 out of 10.

Ricardo's place is exactly as advertised - clean, well laid out (great use of space to fit a group in an apartment), all the amenities that we needed, short walk to Pier Village, and easy to find. It's close to the train, so earplugs are provided but didn't seem to be needed. My family and I had to come into town for sad circumstances, Ricardo's place was comfortable and easy, which is what we needed. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
