Thank you for a comfortable place in Harlem. From this location you could walk into Black culture and from. Few miles south you could be near Manhattan , upper east side. The location is convenient and the home was well managed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable , great side kitchen to warm up my food. A room with the window is sure to be great to the brown stones that line the road.

Just like the photos; very nice, well kept separate cottage adjacent to garage, beautifully manicured grounds. very clean bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

Jonathan and Amy were the perfect hosts. Super friendly and resourcesful. The property is beautiful and so peaceful which was perfect for our down time as we were in town for a three-day wedding. We enjoyed breakfast with the family of deer that live in the back field and so many beautiful birds. The apartment is so quaint, very clean and has everything that we needed. The beds were super comfortable. It was decorated to the age of the property which we loved! It was a great find and we highly recommend the apartment and will surely book again if ever in the area.

Our stay at Yvette’s guest house was so wonderful, we felt just at home. We had everything we needed and the location was so convenient. Yvette was so kind, friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend to stay here for your next visit to New York.

Odalis is like a great aunt who welcomes you into her home and never stops advising you and being attentive to the last detail. Extremely meticulous with cleanliness, always wants you to feel at ease and cares about your well-being. Surprised by his kindness and 24-hour availability to the guest. A very special person who adds anecdotes to our trip to NY. We would definitely stay again because the distance to Manhattan is minimal, you take the bus 150 meters away and in 20 minutes you are in the metropolis. In addition to all that, when you arrive at your Airbnb, Odalis awaits you with her smile to welcome you.

Jeff’s place was a hidden gem. It was private, close to the beach and town and the home was safe, clean and well designed. Jeff was kind and super responsive. There is a reason this place is always booked. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

I love staying in unique Airbnbs when I come to NYC for work and this was definitely a treat. It was very much out of a movie and times gone by and yet so reasonably priced, comfortable and easy to access. Walk or ride to Columbia easily. LOTS of walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to trains. Don’t stay if you’re not keen on sharing a bathroom (I didn’t mind and it was never a problem) but note there’s only one shower (the floor I stayed on had just a bathtub) but it’s easy to get to either bathroom if one is occupied. There is a smell in the air that is perhaps the age of the home showing itself but worth mentioning because it might be off putting if you are sensitive to fragrances or other odors but I want to stress that it was VERY clean and nothing I co couldn’t fix in my own room with essential oils. GREAT communication and flexibility on Rene’s part.

We had a great stay at Mariangel's adorable guesthouse. It is exactly as pictured, comfortable, very clean, and it had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It's also conveniently located for a short drive into downtown Greenwich, making it easy to grab a meal and enjoy some shopping.

This cottage is absolutely lovely and peaceful. You have a view of the Long Island Sound across the street and the house sits on an inlet. We truly enjoy sitting on the back deck on the inlet water. There are ALWAYS people walking, riding bikes, jogging, walking dogs… etc Lots of delicious restaurants and stores so super close! We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything is exactly as described and photographed. Communication was also seamless. The perfect place if you want a quiet and peaceful stay that’s also a short drive to the Main Street in Pound Ridge. Highly recommended!

Lori's guest studio was magical. Located on a French Country estate in a beautiful rural area near Cross River, NY, the studio fronted a lovely pond with the rhythmic sound of the aerating fountain and nightly chorus of bullfrogs that transport you to another time and place. The studio is beautifully decorated and perfect for our short stay. The Keurig coffee maker was well stocked but came in a distant second place to Lori's recommended cafe and patisserie just 10 mins away. Next time we return (and we do plan to return!), we'll try to make some time to explore the area and leave the ever-rushing world behind.

The place was cute, cozy, and private. Good neighborhood. Familiar area for me. Easy access to grocery, shopping, dining eateries. Location was easy to find for local deliveries, ride shares, and visitors. I had everything I needed. It is in a basement guesthouse. It did get pretty cold at times. As other reviewers expressed. I did use the thermostat controls to warm it up and I also utilized the extra blanket in the closet and that helped. You can hear a lot of movement from upstairs at times. Mostly during the day like morning and afternoon. If you are outside during that time, then this shouldn’t be much of an issue. It was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay again.

Loved our stay here! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Excellent location - nice view and very walkable both to Sono and East Norwalk. Communication was easy and clear, thank you! Only thing I would note is that there is a flight of stairs to get to the entrance which was a little tricky with our luggage and stroller (we were traveling with a baby) - didn’t detract from how great our stay was, and would still book again despite that.

We had a fantastic stay at Heather’s place. The cottage was beautiful and perfect for our long weekend.

Lovely getaway outside of NYC. We came up here with our toddler and dog —both magical creatures were very content. Super peaceful with lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby plus parks. Jennifer’s book has all the great spots. We really enjoyed it and got to relax, disconnect. Highly recommend coming up to the Hudson valley and staying at The Perch.

The beautiful views of Manhattan alone are worth booking this place. But beyond that, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is vibrant and diverse. We had a little confusion over the location of the unit with two different addresses given, but it worked out and I would stay again!

The apartment is beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable, exactly as it is in the photos. Was BIG for a NYC apartment. Was also perfectly clean inside. Access was simple, with clear instructions from the host. Thank you.

A group of us stayed here for a wedding nearby. Durelle was super communicative and helpful the whole time we were there. We didn't get to spend much time there and due to the weather we didn't hang outside too much but the property was beautiful and seemed like a great place for a summer getaway with the pool & firepit

Christine was very welcoming and I very much enjoyed my stay! The carriage house apartment was even more spacious and attractive than in the photos. We also appreciated the helpful messages we received. This accommodation is definitely worth the price!

Manuel's place was just as described and very clean. Manuel was easy to communicate with and was also very helpful. I particularly liked the location just a block from Jericho Turnpike which made it very central to visit both north and south shores of Long Island, and no street noise heard inside. In the unit, you could sense the care given to making it a welcome stay for guests. There were plenty of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, coffee maker and even coffee and tea provided. It was nice to have a European style washer/dryer in the very useful kitchen. The space was all nicely planned, including air conditioning in each room with a very quiet mini-split system in the bedroom. Thanks to Manuel for providing a very comfortable space.

Staying at Sarahs was the best decision. The place was beautiful. We loved it from the start. Sarah made us feel welcome. We loved that there were windows all around the cottage. We really Enjoyed hearing the birds singing throughout the day. Having ceiling windows in the bedroom was a plus and falling asleep looking at the stars was wonderful. Since we love the outdoors, having trails within walking distance made it easy. We recommend Sarah and Aris place and consider it a home away from home!!!🙏🏡

We wanted a quiet weekend, and we got a whole lot more. Andrew and Mynor were amazing hosts!! From the complimentary beverages to the assistance with snow removal, their service was incredible. The photos did not do justice to the place; the decor was great, and the place was spotless. We will definitely be back!!
