Schön renoviertes Tiroler Ferienhaus mit Hüttencharakter (ca. 60 qm). Wunderschöner Blick übers Gurgltal in die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt an den Feldern. Sonniges Hanggrundstück mit großer Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Feuerschale mit Grillmöglichkeit, Sandkasten für die Kleinen.. Loipe vor dem Haus, Skigebiete in ca. 25 Minuten. Klettergebiete, Wanderungen etc. vom Haus aus möglich, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf etc. in 15 Autominuten. Die Möglichkeiten sind fast unbegrenzt!

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

We, four friends, used Marcus’ place for a small reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The furnishings are stylish and of high quality, with many comfortable seating and lounging options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this accommodation.

Bergjuwel - Farm stay vacation

There were 4 of us there with dog it was very nice and quiet. The small farm makes it very idyllic. We had a baby with us and recommend a carry , stroller is not worth it in the village as the streets are very steep. You can go for a very nice walk. We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!
