Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bedding. Lake view and boardwalk down to Bysjön, we have a small rowboat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loans of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. We had an amazing time at the cabin. Well equipped kitchen with stunning views of the lake and access to beach. It was a cozy and comfortable cabin. Though the bathroom and toilet is located outside of the main house, it was not a problem for us to use it even in the night. The private beach was quaint and very peaceful. Idyllic location for a long weekend break or for summer! Ebba was very responsive and suggested lovely cafes and day trips for us. We would love to come back again and stay here. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, Ebba 🙌🏽

We spent 10 lovely days here, the house is so beautiful and cozy and the garden was amazing, so big and incredibly peaceful. This is a really private spot, there's no one around for hundreds of meters! Our dog loved to roam free on the premises and had an amazing time. We had fantastic hikes in the area and visited the lovely Vadstena. It totally exceeded all our expectations. Monica, the host, was super quick, friendly and helpful with all our queries. Would recommend 10/10!
