Beachfront holiday rental in Natividade da Serra

Mariana and her mother were very attentive to us, allowing a flexible check-in time so that we could work from the office. The house was very close to the venue of the event we had, which made it a lot easier for us. The house is extremely cozy, rooms with good size, kitchen, living room and bathroom also with an excellent space. Outside, there is a large table and hammocks for resting. Only very early in two days we woke up to the noise of a rooster, because I believe there is a farm nearby, but nothing that would disturb us too much. I recommend it!

Casa marvellous house, my family and I were completely in love and very comfortable, the house is exactly like in the photo, we love every corner. Another positive point is the beach, besides beautiful it is very close to the condominium, leaving the condominium is only to cross the highway (and it is safe). We had a great weekend at this house, Paulo was always available to answer questions and even made our arrival time more flexible, which was very important due to the long trip. The place was well organized and accommodated 13 adults and 2 children very well, excellent experience on the sand, quiet and safe beach. Good options for tours and places to visit nearby. This is a place we'll definitely be back to.

We really liked the cottage, which, despite the name, has plenty of space. Mariana is a very kind and helpful host. We will rent again if there is an opportunity.

The house is located super close to the beach and is very spacious, we are very comfortable there! The kitchen is well equipped as well and the super pleasant barbecue! We enjoyed a lot! Jonatas' service was super fast, clarifying all the questions of ready, always very fast. I highly recommend!

We spent wonderful days in Rafael's apartment. The location is perfect, the beach beautifully preserved, the apartment strategically located. In our case it was perfect because we could work from home for a few moments while our daughters played in the sand of the beach and we could see them out the window. Rafael was attentive from the first contact, always attentive, kind, asking if we needed anything. The apartment has almost everything except for toilet paper, sheets and towels. Good pots, good cooking equipment and minimalist decoration, super clean and of extreme good taste. I hope we can come back one day.

The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

A movie house!!!! It is a beauty for its surroundings for its views and proximity to its beach ( with grass and trees and with some white sands and a water in which you could see your feet) The heated pool is impeccable in its cleanliness and temperature. You have the lounge chairs available, the ice cream shop to take to the beach, and 2 spectacular kayaks to use. It is almost impossible to describe what that house is in a few lines…. Everything I write is little, it has everything to cook and make your stay memorable. Thank you Aline for your kindness and attention and for letting us enjoy your home. Sure we will come back or recommend friends to keep it in mind. Don't miss a few days in this movie house!!!!

The house makes you feel at home, it is impeccable, complete, beautiful, clean, organized, the nature around it is charming. Raquel was a great host. 10/10 experience🌟 All the ACs were working, we had a barbecue and we had no problems, we followed the guidelines to close all the windows. No one wanted to leave, it was 4 wonderful days. 🩵 Bring repellent and soap to the rooms. The soap is not a criticism, because the ad does not promise, it is just a reminder, because we thought there would be and we went out to buy. The market is close, but you can't go on foot. It rained one day and there was a little infiltration in the room on the right of the second floor, we put a cloth and we had no problems. We recommend it and will be back. Thank you very much Raquel and Karina! Ah Karina was very helpful and friendly when we arrived at the house.

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

All EXCEPTIONAL! The house is new, very modern, complete: fans in the leisure area, screen and air conditioning in the bedrooms, good showers, good beds, clean bed and bath linens, bath amenities. All impeccable furniture, complete kitchen, with all possible appliances (blender, mixer, processor, pots, pans, baking pans, etc.) and very spacious. Excellent pool, it is in super pleasant temperature. And the house does not smell of moisture at all. The condominium is impeccable, super safe, with inspection round, small, beautiful and wonderful beach for those looking for quiet (practically private). To get down to the beach without a car is a walk, in the shade. But to go up is a little more pulled. You can drive and stop at the driveway. Bruna is super polite, solicitous, considerate and honest. The communication was impeccable. A Rafaela (Bruna's employee) was essential in our stay. Extremely polite, attentive and well cooked. They were perfect days!

I went to spend my honeymoon in the suite, when we arrived there was a treat for us with wine and decorated room It was beautiful! We loved the place, the Helton housekeeper always very helpful and friendly! The only thing that took a bit of work was the slope to get to the space, it was raining and the car skidded a little to climb, but nothing to discredit the place. We want to come back more often!!!
