Wonderful stay in front of the beach, several shops around, clean and well-organized apartment. My family and I loved it.

Great location, especially for children. Since I already know the beach of Maranduba, just find the cottage. Very clean, all well organized. I just missed a laundromat, dirty kid a lot of clothes, but that's my need. Quiet neighbors, we didn't have any problems, in fact, we didn't have any problems.

We loved our stay, the neighborhood is super quiet and with great restaurants inside the condominium itself, with easy access to the beach, very close. The apartment was clean, we were very well taken care of by Marisa. We'll be back more often!!

I really liked it! The beach is across the street, just cross over. The apartment has a private parking space, and it even looks like a little house, as the apartment is on the ground floor and is separated from the building. There are no stairs, so it's safer for the elderly, children or the physically disabled. It has a very nice area with a barbecue, table and chairs. The showers are wonderful. The apartment is comfortable, the air conditioning helps a lot on hot days, it is very good for resting, as there is no noise from the city, it is very close to the beach and 2 restaurants. Because I don't have a 4x4 car, I found the access to be very bad, but I think it's the condominium's fault, the road is very bumpy. I recommend taking repellent, because it is close to the forest and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We liked it and we would definitely come back, because the beach is wonderful, one of the best I've ever been to.

The house is exactly as in the ad, all the information is missing that there are no bars or restaurants very close to the beach, we had to walk a little to eat a shrimp. The house has a lot of things that help a lot in everyday life, such as kitchen utensils, table, bed, beach and even some children's toys and games. There is a small orchard in the background and a laundry room that is very useful. It was clean and organized and everyone was well accommodated. For those looking for a quiet beach the place is great. It also lacks information that the staircase for access to the beach can be difficult for older people or with physical morbidities. But in general, everyone liked it very much and we will definitely be back soon.

There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro
