The cottage is beautiful, the condominium is very good, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts. To get to the beach, just cross the street. The host is very proactive. It was a very smooth trip.

The loft is very nice, the condominium as well. Hosts are proactive and have made us 100% at will. For being a mini condominium my dog played in the space. The house was extremely clean!!! The three chairs and the sunguard are super enough for two people. Because they are lofts glued to hear some steps only and no voices, but that doesn't get in the way. We love the stay and let's go back!!

We have thousands of compliments to Marcelo and the place. The house is complete! If you need to cook, if you need leisure, if you need rest: it has everything! The birds on the balcony are beautiful and we also fall in love with the kittens of the condominium. Very quiet place, there was no ngm in the top house until the last day, so it was silent in this context. The decor of the house exudes culture and care, you can see a little of the personality and affection of the owners with their guests. For sure Marcelo's kindness is a differential! He cares about his arrival, how the road went, with his needs and is always ready to take care of and sort things out. We leave there with the desire to return, it makes you want to move to the condominium. Haha We recommend to everyone! Access to the places very easy if you are in a car. Praia do Tenório very close by. Despite the carnival, with calm and patience we were able to do everything and went everywhere we wanted, including more distant beaches. See you next time!

The apartment is complete and very cozy. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary utensils and the room is comfortable. The furniture is in excellent condition, the air conditioning works perfectly and the bathroom was extremely clean. Alexa's presence was a differential, as was the barbecue inside the apartment — all in great condition. I have no complaints. Hosts were great, and Marcos was super attentive in allowing my entry an hour earlier than agreed.

A great option, close to the beaches of Tenório and Praia Grande, easy access to the northern beaches. The loft itself is quite cozy and holds a family of 4 with tranquility. The host is super helpful and easy to contact. We intend to return again.

The stay was excellent! Éder clearly explained to us how to check in and check out, which are even flexible — which I thought was great. The atmosphere is simple, but very cozy, ideal for accommodating two people in comfort. For those who go to Juquehy, the most practical is to be by car, but the loft is very close to the beach and the center, within a 10-15 minute walk. Communication with Éder was super easy, and he quickly resolved the small unforeseen events that arose. Finally, the Loft is ideal for those who like a more reserved environment in the midst of nature, without much freshness.

Our experience with the accommodation was great. The space was well arranged, clean, we felt at home. Well located, close to the beaches, and the host is very kind. I recommend the rental. When we return to Ubatuba, we will stay at Francine's place again. Thank you very much!

The accommodation is very good. It's nice, spacious and clean. Everything 10 points, comfortable and everything works well. The only issue is that to access the beach you have to go through the river, which is deep, you can't cross on foot. For that you have to pay 5 Reals per person to a boatman who takes you across. But sometimes when it rains, for example, he's not there and it's a problem. We recommend going to Praia do Alto, it is accessed on foot from the road and is very nice.
