This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. Wir, Familie Hofer, heißen Sie in unserem Ferienhaus auf unserem Biobauernhof in Kirchberg am Wechsel herzlich willkommen. Unser Hof liegt in der Buckligen Welt am Fuße des Wechsels direkt an der sogenannten Molzkreuzung. Dieses Ferienhaus, welches von unseren Vorfahren ca. 1880 gebaut wurde, ist von uns von 2022 bis 2024 in liebevoller Handarbeit innen und außen komplett saniert worden. Somit steht Ihrem Urlaub mit höchstem Komfort nichts mehr im Wege.

The house, which is about 150 years old, is within walking distance of the Hohe Wand, ideal for climbing, hiking... In a short time you can reach the Schneeberg either by train or car. The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per person/night to be paid on site.
