The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Dunsborough Boathouse

Positioned in a quiet street & walking distance to Quindalup beach we offer 2 private cabins... perfectly suited to those seeking quiet time to rest your body in a 5 star setting. On offer are complimentary Netflix, tandem bike or 2 single bikes plus a SUP board with beach towels, bubbles/wine, chocolates, biscuits, a selection of milks, tea & coffee. Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Boanning Bayside

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay.
