The romantic holiday house Eckgenn is located in the Italian community of Laurein in a hillside location with fantastic views, right next to a farm with animals. The cottage with terrace and garden view enchants its guests with its charming wooden construction and consists of a living/dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom. The traditionally furnished holiday home “Fichtnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach (Rio Lagundo), a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 74 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a sofa bed each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

The flat is situated at 10/15 minutes by car from Bormio and Santa Caterina, both very popular ski resort. In every season it's a great choice for people who love mountains and enjoy relaxing holidays far from the city noise. The flat is ideal for trekking and walking lovers: the landscape is breathtaking and there are many paths starting nearby. It is suitable for couples or families with children, but also for a group of friends.

Vacation home Gann - Greit

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Guest Room „Egon Schiele“

The "Egon Schiele" double room is located on the first floor of the Art Nouveau villa and is furnished in the same style. The bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV, minibar, desk, and wardrobe. The adjoining private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen, a bidet, and a toilet. The room faces the street and includes a spacious balcony. The local tax of €2.20 per person, per night, is charged separately on-site.
