Modern studio for 6 people located in Valencia’s new and growing development area, right next door. This simple yet comfortable studio features two double beds and a sofa bed, making it an ideal base for discovering Valencia. Located on the ground floor with direct street access, it accommodates 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 using the sofa bed in the living area. The beds are separated with closets and both are separated from the living room by panels, for privacy, but please note it does not have a door. You’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance. There are two televisions — one in the living area and another near the bed — as well as hot/cold air conditioning units and a bathroom stocked with essential toiletries and complimentary amenities for your first days. The apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh. As it is located at street level, some weekday noise may be heard. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties, loud noises, smoking, and pets are not allowed. No pets are allowed. The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and all furniture must remain inside the room. Guests will have access to the entire home! Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. An additional cost may apply. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Portobello Suite 2 is a ground floor studio with direct entrance from the street, no stairs or indoor common areas, where the bedroom is integrated into the same space, creating a modern and welcoming atmosphere. Double bed 160 × 200 cm, comfortable and spacious for optimal rest. Sofa bed 120 × 190 cm, ideal for one adult or two children. Living area bright, well laid out and designed for everyday living. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware. Modern bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer, and grooming essentials. Air conditioning hot/hot, Smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. A practical and well used space, perfect to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Self check-in with a smart lock. No loud parties or gatherings allowed.

Relax in this quiet, spacious and comfortable house, located in Valencia in the heart of the Nazaret neighborhood, next to Cabañal, forming "the Maritime Villages" 5 meters walk from the Port and 20 meters from the beaches. Metro and buses 2 meters away that will take you on short trips to the City of Sciences, Historic Center, Beaches... Market, supermarket, shops 1 minute away. Enjoy renting some bikes and being able to store them upon your return. Spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and your privacy will make your days easier.

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Unique home located very close to the sea and the City of Arts and Sciences, with public transport: bus and metro/tram. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an interior terrace. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with high-quality materials that will make you enjoy unique moments of relaxation and rest in Valencia. Apart from all this, it is relatively easy to park on the street.
